Thank yourself for taking time today to meditate. We're going to come into our bodies now through this meditation. At times you may be asked to move in a specific way. Make sure that it is comfortable for you to do so. If at any point it is not, You may remain seated and calm. Imagine yourself in the position, Even if you are not doing them. So together, Take a deep breath, Release all the day, Release all the stress, Release all the to-do lists, All the tension. Leave it aside for now, For your meditation, For your time. So to begin, We will sit in a comfortable position. Adjust yourself so that your sit bones are on either side and your spine is straight and aligned. Take a moment to settle yourself for this meditation. We'll take a deep breath in and relax. We roll our shoulders down and back ever so slightly. Feel an opening in your heart space. We will do that together one more time. Take a deep breath in, Roll your shoulders up, Down and back. Open your heart space. One more time together, Feel the heart space open. We'll take an inhale, Up, Around and back down. Now, Place your palms in your lap, Facing upwards and gently close your eyes. Take a deep breath in through your nose and release through your mouth. Take a deep breath in through your nose and release through your mouth. One more time. Take a deep inhale, Breathe fully into your lungs. When you reach the top, Hold for a moment and exhale, Release, Release. Last time. Take a deep breath in through your nose, Fill your lungs and hold at the top. Hold for a moment. Take another sip of air in and when you're ready, Release. Let it all go with a sigh. Feel how your body relaxes even more. Now, Just let your breathing return to its natural rhythm, Breathing that you are comfortable with. It will do its business on its own. There is no need to concentrate on your breath. Just relax. Allow your inhales and exhales to come of their own accord. Now, I want you to imagine yourself standing on top of a mountain. From here, You see the entire world for miles and miles and miles, As far as the eye can see. There are mountains, There are rivers, There are lakes, Beautiful, Vast, Vast beauty all around you. You are in nature and it is magnificent. As you stand on the mountain top, A fresh breeze blows onto your face. Take a moment to feel the breeze on the skin of your cheeks, A gentle breeze, Comforting. As you stand on the mountain top, I want you to bring your awareness to the soles of your feet. Through them, You feel an energy from the very centre of the earth rise up, Rise up through the mountain, Through the soles of your feet, Up, Up from the centre of the earth, Through the soil, Through the rock, Through the dirt, Up the mountain, Through the soles of your feet, Up, Up through your own body, Into your heart space. You see this energy as bright, As energetic, As red, Orange like sunset light. Rising up now through the soles of your feet, Into your ankles, Up your calves, Up through your knees. It's vibrant energy flowing, Flowing from the centre of the earth, Through the mountain, Through the soles of your feet, Up through your legs, Up through your thighs, Up through your sit bones, Through your pelvic floor, All the way into your abdomen, Into your stomach, Into the space behind your belly button, And up, Up to your chest, To your wide open heart space. The vibrant, Energetic, Red, Orange light in your chest space, Beating with your heart as you open, Open your chest space. The bright light moves to your shoulders, Through your arms, Down your elbows, Your wrists, Into your fingers, Palms of your hands, You feel it now flow through your hands with a vibrant, Energetic, Tingling sensation. The energy is pooling in your body now, You feel it spiralling and circling up from the centre of the earth, Through the mountain, Through the soles of your feet, Into your body. The energy flows through every area of your body, Up, Up, Through your core, Through your chest, Through your shoulders, Your neck, Up through your head, Your entire body is alive with this energy. You feel completely lit from the inside out, The energy of the earth, Of nature, Pulsing in you, Bursting through you, From your core, From your body, Through your head, All around you. Through your head it flows like a circle, Like a fountain, From the top of your head, Around and down the outside of your body. You are being showered in this bright, Energetic light, You are encapsulated in this force of energy from the depths of Mother Earth, Through the mountain where you stand, Through the energy of nature all around you. Up through your feet, Up through your body, Out from your head in a fountain movement, Down around you in a never-ending stream. You inhale the power and energy up from the earth, Through your body like a conduit and out the top of your head. It feels right to you, It feels energised. Take your time, Take your time, Allow the energy to flow, Allow for you to breathe the energy in, Up through your body and out through the top of your head. A never-ending circle of force and energy, Up through the soles of your feet, Through your body and out through the top of your head. Take your time now as you feel the energy, Keep your eyes closed, You see yourself now on the top of the mountain, Standing tall, Your hands by your side, Your legs planted, Stand tall and proud like a mountain. Take a breath and release, Take a breath and release. Know that you are energetic, Know that you are a force of good, A force to be reckoned with. Breathe in your power, Breathe in this energy, Breathe in this feeling. You are empowered, You are empowered, You are empowered. Take a breath, Notice how your body feels, Take a breath, Notice the flow of energy, Take a breath and release. When you are ready, Bring energy back into your body, To your fingers, To your toes, Realign yourself with your body, Welcome yourself back into your body. Take a breath and release, Take a breath and release, Come back to the present moment.
