Your Akashic Library holds every story, thought, feeling, emotion from every life you have ever experienced. Your book of joys, your book of sorrows, or perhaps your book of dearest friendships. Each time you listen to this meditation, the right book at the right time can present its self to you.

Transcript

The purpose or idea of meditation is to help bring peacefulness and calmness to one's mind,

Body and spirit.

Once your thought process has slowed down and calmed,

You may begin to see and understand your life with more clarity.

Through guided meditation,

You'll become more aware of your body,

Your thoughts,

And learn to visualize creatively for yourself that which is in your highest level of good.

Each guided meditation can assist you in many different areas of importance to your life,

Your spirit and your soul.

In the beginning,

You may find it difficult to allow your mind to slow and prepare for meditation.

With each meditation,

It will become more and more effortless,

And eventually outside distractions will no longer be an issue.

They will simply fade away.

Now remember to be patient with yourself.

My wish for you is that you will come to realize the beautiful spiritual being that you are and that you find happiness,

Love,

And peace in all aspects of your life.

Peace to you,

And may you always be surrounded by white light.

And so now while you are sitting or lying down,

It is important for you to allow your body to become as comfortable as possible,

Remembering to uncross your arms and legs,

Allowing yourself to relax,

And now relaxing your eyes,

Allowing them to gently close,

And adjusting your body if you need to,

Allowing yourself to relax even further,

Becoming more comfortable.

Now pay attention to your breathing.

As you inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth,

Notice how your lungs feel,

Paying attention to your chest as it rises and sinks with each breath that you take in and each breath that you gently release.

And as you continue to concentrate on your breathing,

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth slowly,

Calmly,

At your own pace.

And now if you have any thoughts that come into your mind,

This is okay.

Ask your conscious self to set them aside for now and allow your thoughts to slowly fade away,

Fade away.

And as you continue to concentrate on your breathing,

Allowing your body to become even more and more relaxed,

More calm,

More peaceful.

Continue to pay attention to each breath that you take in and each breath that you release.

Pay attention now to your thoughts.

Allow yourself to imagine that you are standing in a hallway.

It is very long.

There's something very comfortable.

As you move into this hall,

You feel very safe.

And so very gently and calmly walking through the hallway,

You notice an entrance and the door gently opens.

So allowing yourself to walk through that doorway,

You notice a few stairs in front of you.

So stepping down just a couple stairs.

They're slightly curved and you're going deeper down into these stairs.

And at the bottom of the stairs,

You reach a very large wooden door.

It opens and you notice that it is a room filled with books.

This is your personal library.

These are your Akashic Records.

Every experience you have ever had,

Every lifetime,

Every thought,

Emotion,

Encounter,

They've all been recorded in each and every one of these books.

The ceilings are very high and the books are organized and stacked very nicely on each shelf.

So now you notice there's a very comfortable chair.

And as you sit in this chair,

Gazing up at each and every one of your books,

You notice next to you appears a table.

And sitting on that table is one of the books from your shelf.

So as you reach out and bring this book towards you,

Opening it up and reading through the pages on this book,

What is it that you would like to discover about yourself?

So maybe right now you will take a moment and read one chapter,

One chapter that is of importance to you.

Paying attention to your thoughts,

Your feelings,

Your emotions as you read one of the stories about one of your lives.

The information that you are accessing has importance to you.

How do you feel about the words that you are reading?

What is the knowledge that your higher self would like you to understand about the words that you are reading?

And now as you finish reading the chapter about a portion of one of your lives,

Closing the book and setting it back on the table next to you.

And as you gaze out looking at all of these other books that represent you,

You notice some of them are very,

Very ancient.

Paying attention to the type of binding that they have or the wording that is on the book.

Some of the books are very new.

And now paying attention,

Are they the same color?

Or are these books several different colors?

And as you observe many of these books,

What are the thoughts or feelings that you have as your eyes pass over them?

And now taking a few moments,

Noticing if there's another book that you would like to read before you exit the room.

And so now as you reach up,

Taking a book or two,

Setting them on the table next to you.

And as you notice these two books,

What is the title on each of the books?

What is the material they are made from?

And taking a moment,

Paging through one of those books and noticing another chapter.

And now I'd like you to put a bookmark in that chapter,

Closing the book,

Gently setting it down on the table next to you.

Knowing that you can come back to this room at any time that you choose.

You may continue reading that book,

Possibly another book from your shelves.

So now it's time to leave this room behind.

Three,

Two,

One.

Standing up,

Walking out of your library,

Heading back up that stairwell.

It was only a few steps that brought you here.

And now heading back down that path through the doorway.

And now gently finding yourself back in the room,

Noticing your surroundings.

One,

Focusing on the noises in the room,

Two,

Taking in a deep breath and exhaling,

And three,

Feeling fully present,

Alert,

Relaxed,

Feeling good.
