And so now as you prepare yourself for meditation,

Find a quiet area where you consider lie down comfortably.

I would like you to now focus on your breath,

Focusing on the breath that you take in and comfortably exhale,

Allowing your mind to be clear.

With each breath that you take in and each breath that you relax,

You allow your body to relax deeper and deeper.

Facing and setting aside any thoughts that you may have right now,

Allowing your mind to be clear,

Feeling relaxed,

Comfortable.

And so focusing on your breath,

With each breath that you take in and release,

You become even deeper and deeper relaxed.

Each breath brings you in deeper and deeper relaxed.

Each breath that you exhale,

You feel calmer,

You feel more peace,

Relaxed,

Deeper and deeper relaxed.

So now you may find yourself walking on a very beautiful green path.

The grass feels very nice beneath your feet.

The air around you feels magical,

Comforting,

Safe and secure.

And so now as you continue to walk on this beautiful pathway,

You notice ahead of you a beautiful garden.

Many vibrant,

Colorful flowers.

It is filled with a variety of flowers,

Shrubs,

Different types of moss on the ground.

And now you may even want to take off your shoes,

Feel the moss or grass between your feet.

And now finding a very comfortable place to sit.

This is a very peaceful,

Beautiful place.

A wonderful spiritual being is walking towards you.

It may be one of your guides,

An angel.

Maybe someone that you haven't talked to in a very long time.

A parent,

A friend,

Someone that you care deeply about that has already passed and is on the other side.

And as they approach you,

Their image becomes more clear.

You are able to distinguish their face,

Their body,

Their features become more pronounced,

More clear.

And now as you invite them to sit down next to you,

Take this opportunity to have a conversation that you've been longing to have.

What is it that you would like to ask them?

How are they doing?

How do they appear to you?

What are the questions they have for you?

They also brought a very special gift for you.

And so as you open your hands,

Allow them to place this very special gift into your hands.

It may be an item,

A word,

A tool.

This is something that they know you have needed.

And as you accept this very wonderful spiritual gift from your dear,

Dear friend,

You take this gift and hold it dear,

Close to you.

And now as you continue with your conversation,

What else would you like to learn or know?

And now you notice in the distance another wonderful,

Beautiful spiritual being approaching the two of you.

And as you invite them to join in on your conversation,

They too are excited to chat,

Catch up.

This person is bringing you spiritual knowledge,

Understanding.

This is information you've been searching for.

And this moment,

This time you are ready.

This is an opportunity for information that you've been waiting for.

What is the idea or sense that you have as you sit having your conversations,

Catching up,

Anything else you'd like to know.

And now it is time for you to leave this beautiful,

Wonderful garden and saying goodbye to your dear friends only for now,

Knowing that you can return to this place and visit with them at any time that you desire and saying your goodbyes,

Standing.

And now it's time for you to walk,

Exiting from the garden,

Heading back on that grass path,

Bringing you back into the present.

So now I shall count from one to five.

And when I reach five,

You will be fully present.

So one,

You're hearing the sounds in the room.

Two,

Adjusting your body.

Three,

Taking in a deep breath.

Four,

Feeling your limbs,

Your arms,

Your legs,

Your torso.

And five,

Feeling fully alert,

Fully present.

And relaxed,

Comfortable.
