Affirmations are the first step towards success.

They can transform your life.

Research shows that it takes 21 days to break a negative pattern and form a new one.

Besides,

By committing to a simple gratitude practice daily helps reduce stress,

Improve sleep,

And counterfeit positive emotions.

With more positive energy around you,

Like attracts like,

You'll attract people with high vibrations too.

No doubt luck will also come along.

Isn't that wonderful?

So let's begin.

Find a place where you won't be distracted.

Take your seat.

Have your feet touching the floor,

Hands on your lap.

Straighten your spine.

Shoulders down.

Relax your face.

Let's take five deep breaths.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale through your mouth.

Exhale through your mouth.

Inhale through your mouth.

Exhale through your mouth.

Exhale through your mouth.

Now,

We breathe naturally for one minute.

Breathe in and out through your nose.

Exhale through your mouth.

Exhale through your mouth.

Exhale through your mouth.

Spend a few moments and say thank you to someone that you are grateful for or anything that you'd like to thank today.

It could be a very small thing in your everyday life.

Thank you.

Well done.

Feel your breath.

Breathe in and out through your nose.

Notice your tummy moving up and down.

Now,

I'll say a series of affirmations.

Please have a listen first.

I'm grateful for this moment.

I'm grateful for every breath I'm taking.

I'm grateful for my parents.

I'm grateful for my family.

I'm grateful for my friends.

I'm grateful for each person who touches my life and enriches it.

I realize that whatever I eat and drink passes through many hands before reaching me.

I'm grateful for all these people.

I'm grateful for my living space.

I'm grateful for abundance in my life.

I'm grateful for my health.

I'm grateful for learning and growing.

I'm grateful for my dreams because I know that they are manifesting now.

I'm grateful for the wonderful nature.

I'm grateful for the lovely animals.

I'm grateful for the chance to live in this incredible world.

I'll repeat the affirmations.

Please repeat after me.

You may say it in your mind or if possible,

Please say it aloud.

It will be more effective.

I'm grateful for this moment.

I'm grateful for every breath I'm taking.

I'm grateful for my parents.

I'm grateful for my family.

I'm grateful for my friends.

I'm grateful for each person who touches my life and enriches it.

I realize that whatever I eat and drink passes through many hands before reaching me.
