Transcript

Welcome.

Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position.

Allow your hands to rest naturally.

Palms facing upward.

This signals your openness and your willingness to receive.

Just gently close your eyes.

Let's begin by connecting with your breath.

Take a deep inhale through your nose,

Feeling your belly fully,

And hold it for three seconds.

Now gently exhale slowly through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Feeling your belly fill,

Feeling your body expand with air,

And hold for three,

Three.

Exhale slowly,

Effortlessly releasing any tension.

And one more time,

Breathe in through your nose,

Inhale deeply,

Hold for three.

Just gently letting go,

Allowing your body to settle and relax.

If any thoughts should arise during this meditation,

Just observe them,

Notice them,

And gently release them.

Breathing in,

Exhaling easily and releasing.

With each exhale,

Feel yourself letting go of the day,

Of any distractions,

Any stress,

Or tension.

Now begin to bring your awareness to the crown of your head.

Just imagine a warm golden light gently pouring into you from above.

This light is pure,

Calming,

And nurturing.

Just feel it wash over your scalp,

Softening your forehead,

Relaxing your jaw.

Notice how it flows down your neck,

Onto your shoulders,

Gently easing any tightness or tension.

And exhaling again with ease.

And as this light continues down,

Just let it flow through your chest,

Your arms,

Wrists,

And your hands,

All the way down to your fingertips.

Feel it travel down through your abdomen,

Your hips,

Your thighs,

Knees,

Calf muscles,

Ankles,

And finally your feet.

Allow this light to surround and support your entire being.

Now,

Just gently ask yourself,

And observe,

Where am I holding tension in my body?

Don't force it,

Just observe.

Where do you feel a sense of heaviness,

Tightness,

Or resistance?

Just observe yourself.

Take a moment just to simply become aware of where your attention is drawn,

And trust that.

As you observe this sense of either tightness,

Resistance,

Or heaviness,

With your breath,

And with the golden light,

It just naturally begins to melt away.

Now,

I just want you to return your awareness to one area where you sense tension or discomfort,

And just imagining that this sensation is energy.

Perhaps it has a color,

A shape,

A feeling,

Or even a texture.

Notice if it feels heavy,

Or light,

Or dense,

Or full of static.

Do you notice if it has a temperature?

Possibly cold,

Or warm,

And maybe this area feels jagged,

Or smooth,

Or something else entirely.

Just take a few moments just to notice and observe this energy,

Trusting whatever you're getting your first impression.

As you focus here,

Gently ask yourself,

What emotion is living in this space?

Perhaps it's fear,

Sadness,

Anger,

Frustration,

A combination of different emotions,

Or something you can't quite name yet.

Just allow yourself to simply notice,

Without judgment,

Trusting what you're receiving.

Ask yourself,

And trust your first impression,

What message does this energy have for me?

It could be a word,

Or even a simple feeling.

Trust whatever arises.

You are perfectly safe to explore this in your own time.

Imagine now that the golden light from earlier begins to focus on this area of energy.

Notice it naturally,

Whether you see it or not,

Wrap itself around this block with empathy,

Warmth,

And compassion.

Feel it begin to soften,

Dissolving,

Transforming,

And changing this energy into something much lighter,

Freer.

With each gentle breath you take,

Just imagine this energy is effortlessly shifting,

Lightening,

And releasing.

As you continue observing this,

Repeat silently,

Or say it aloud,

I gently release.

I trust my body and my spirit to guide me toward clarity and peace.

I release what no longer serves me.

With each inhale and exhale,

Feel more spaciousness where the block once was.

Just notice the shift,

The openness,

The freedom,

Or maybe even just a sense of ease.

Now that you've created space,

Bring your awareness into your heart center,

And imagine,

Whether you visualize it or not,

A radiant light glowing there.

It might be golden,

White,

Or any color that feels right to you.

And this is your inner wisdom,

Your intuitive center,

The deepest,

Most authentic part of you that is connected to the divine and your higher self.

Just imagine that this light begins to grow brighter and warmer with every breath.

And just feel it expand throughout your chest,

And gently throughout your entire body,

And moving into your auric field which surrounds you.

Silently ask yourself this question,

And whatever you receive,

Trust the first thing,

Allowing your mind to relax and observe,

Not judge.

What is one step that you can take to align with your higher self?

Just let the answer come to you naturally.

It might be a word,

A sensation,

Or just a quiet knowing.

Whatever arises,

Just trust it.

This is your inner wisdom speaking.

If you're not able to hear or sense anything now,

That's okay.

Trust that it will reveal itself in its own time.

And for now,

Simply feel gratitude for this connection to yourself.

Take another deep breath in,

Feeling the wisdom and clarity just settling into your heart.

Let it anchor within you,

Becoming a part of your being,

Easily connecting.

And now,

Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,

Reaching deep into the earth.

Just feel the strength and stability of these roots,

Grounding you firmly and connecting you to the earth's energy.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more present in your body,

More connected to the here and now,

Trusting yourself.

When you're ready,

You can gently begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Gently waking your body up,

And slowly bringing your awareness back to the space around you,

Into this now moment.

As you do this,

And become aware and gently open your eyes,

Understand that you are integrating in the wisdom and knowledge that you experience while doing this meditation.

It's a part of you now.

You can come back to this at any time.

And as you're coming back into the space,

Take a few moments just to sit quietly and notice how you feel.

And when you're ready,

Go ahead and grab your journal and reflect on these prompts.
