Hi,

I'm Callie.

If you're here,

Trust your soul led you.

In this moment,

Know that I am holding sacred space for your healing.

You are safe here.

Let's begin.

Take a moment to notice where you are.

Perhaps still resting in bed or just beginning to sit up.

There's nowhere you need to go yet.

Nothing you need to do.

This is simply a gentle pause before the day unfolds.

Let your eyes remain closed and take a slow breath in through the nose and an easy breath out through the mouth.

Breathe.

Again,

Breathing in and letting go.

Bring your attention to the weight of your body.

Notice where you feel supported.

By the bed,

The chair beneath you.

Let your shoulders soften,

Unclenching your jaw.

Let the muscles around your eyes smooth out.

Invite your body to wake up.

Gently.

Without urgency.

Without effort.

Imagine a soft,

Warm light beginning to glow somewhere within you.

There's no need to force it.

It's already there.

Far inside yourself.

Feel into that space.

Feel a sense of warmth spreading slowly.

With every inhale,

This light gets a bit brighter.

With every exhale,

It expands,

Creating space.

Ease and clarity.

This light is steady,

Supportive and kind.

As you breathe in,

Imagine the light gently rising through your body,

Waking you from the inside out.

As you breathe out,

Feel any heaviness or lingering sleepiness melting away.

You don't need to do anything.

Just notice.

Just receive.

Your energy is arriving to this moment naturally.

In its own rhythm.

Repeating after me,

Silent or soft.

I welcome this new day with ease.

I trust my natural rhythm.

My light shines vibrantly.

I allow myself to begin gently and ready for what's ahead.

Take a moment to notice how you feel now.

Perhaps a little more present.

A little more open.

A little more ready.

Notice if you can feel a subtle shift.

Small shifts matter.

Your energy is waking up in a way that supports you.

Calm,

Clear and quietly confident.

Know that you carry this feeling with you.

There's nothing to rush today.

Nothing to prove.

You don't need to be anyone other than yourself.

When you step into your day,

Let this light move with you.

So steady.

So warm.

So supportive.

When you're ready,

Begin to bring gentle movement into your body.

Wiggling the fingers,

Toes or taking one deeper breath.

And letting it go.

When the moment feels right,

Slowly open your eyes.

May you move into this day feeling refreshed,

Grounded and quietly energized.

Your light is awake and it's more than enough.

I loved everything about it. I only wish it didn’t end so abruptly and there was more of a transition from the meditation to a little music to then ending. However I enjoyed it so much that doesn’t matter. Would do it again and again. Thank you
