Meditation Timer OnlineCassidy Dorson M.A has a background in psychology and clinical mental health counseling. After learning how powerful meditation is, she knew she wanted to combine the psychological material she learned with mindfulness and meditation. After graduating, Cassidy opened a private practice, Inner Soul Counseling and Wellness, where she practices mindfulness-based cognitive therapy.
