Welcome to the guided meditation to discover your purpose and your future self.
Today we're going to take a few minutes and ask ourselves some questions to unlock our potential and to fully see the vision that's been placed in our hearts.
Find a comfortable seated or reclining position and repeat this meditation first thing in the morning and right before you go to sleep as we prepare to step into purpose.
Start with two deep breaths deep down into our belly,
Breathing in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Breathing in and exhaling.
Breathing in again and exhaling.
Close your eyes if you have not done so already and begin to think on these questions and you can answer them aloud or to yourself.
In what location do you see yourself living in your dream life?
Are you in the country with miles between you and your next neighbor?
Are you in a hustling and bustling city filled with noise and lights?
Somewhere serene?
Picture that in your mind's eye.
What does it look like?
What does it smell like?
What does it feel like?
What about your ideal home?
Is it an apartment decorated just the way you've always dreamed?
A two-story home?
A condo with a beautiful view?
What does it feel like to come home after a day of running errands?
To put your key in the door?
What do you smell when you walk in?
What's the first thing your eyes see?
Take a moment and walk around your ideal home.
And if you find your mind wandering,
Return to your breath,
Breathing in your purpose,
Knowing that it is okay to dream.
You deserve space to dream and imagine your highest potential and possibilities.
What about wardrobe?
What are you wearing in your ideal life?
Do you have jewelry?
Are you adorned in dresses,
Name brand,
Or thrift store queen?
What is your ideal wardrobe consist of?
See yourself trying it on.
Look at yourself in a full-length mirror and smile.
As you are fully living your purpose,
What does your bank account look like?
What is your checking account balance right now in your ideal account?
Your ideal savings account?
How much have you stored away at this point in time in your dream,
In your mind's eye of your ideal life?
What are you excited to purchase this week from that account?
What experiences are you excited to share in now that you know that money is no object for you?
Remember to breathe and connect with that feeling,
That energy,
That vibration of abundance.
What do you enjoy doing every single day?
Is it waking up and going for a walk?
Is it spending time writing your book that's been on your heart?
Maybe you're in the studio singing that song that you've written that is going to change so many hearts and minds.
Are you teaching a class or giving a world class speech?
Who are you in your ideal life?
What is making you smile?
How does it feel to get to do your dream every single day?
What does it look like?
What are you wearing?
Be fully present in that moment.
What are three things that you are grateful for right here and right now?
I want you to sit with that feeling of gratitude,
Of being thankful for all of the lessons and the dreams that have been placed in your heart,
Knowing that they will indeed come to pass.
Let's breathe deeply again into our belly.
And start to come back awake.
Slowly wiggle your fingers,
Maybe wiggle your toes.
Roll your shoulders or your head.
And as it feels comfortable to you,
Open your eyes and smile because it is yours.
Make sure you take some time and journal after this experience or if you're going to sleep,
