Hello,
My name is Brittany.
Thank you for joining me on Insight Timer for this short yoga nidra to guide you into an easeful rest.
So take a moment to lie comfortably on your back,
In a bed,
On your mat.
And if your back feels achy at all,
Place something underneath the knees for support,
Like a pillow or blanket,
Blocks.
Begin to take up space,
Really sprawl out.
And when you get comfortable,
Take a big breath into your chest.
Puff it up,
Big peacock chest,
And then sigh it out.
Big breath into your belly,
Filling it up,
Expanding in all directions.
And then,
Let it go.
As we start to arrive in this comfortable place,
Let your weight go.
The bones become heavy,
And feel the support beneath you.
Bring your mind's tension all the way to your feet,
Relaxing the toes,
And sending warm waves of relaxation over the tops of your feet,
The soles of your feet,
Circling the ankles,
The shins,
And calves.
Notice the knees free from any pain or tension.
The thighs are heavy,
Letting go of any effort.
See if you can notice a warmth around your hips,
A softening as you lie back a little deeper.
Belly begins or continues to rise and fall effortlessly.
The chest lifts and lets go.
You may even notice the heartbeat.
Shoulders drop heavy,
Letting go of any weight you're carrying onto,
Any burden in your life.
Let it go.
Warm waves of relaxation brush down your arms,
The upper arm.
The inner and outer elbow,
Forearm,
Wrist,
The top of your hand,
And the bottom of your palm of your hand.
Fingertips melt away.
Lengthen your neck along the floor and unhinge your jaw.
Slack the tongue away from the roof of your mouth and close the eyes behind the eyes.
Open your skin,
Forehead free from worry.
The entire body at ease.
Mind lets go.
Beautiful.
It seems you have some SOAY broadcasts and you cannot link them heels.
These are Centre integer Trees.
