Feeling yourself grounded and fully supported.

Checking in with yourself,

How are you feeling in this moment?

Simply bringing a gentle,

Open curiosity to your experience as it unfolds.

Tuning into your breath,

Not trying to change it,

Just allowing it to guide you back home to the body and back to the present moment.

How's your body feeling?

Your mind?

Your mood?

No right or wrong way to feel,

Whatever you're experiencing,

It will pass.

Bringing attention back to your feet and the feeling of support from the grounds beneath.
