After years of searching for answers, she finally learnt about the work of Dr Sarno and the deep connection between the mind and body. Chronic symptoms, including pain, are often signals from an unsafe nervous system. Having overcome Mind-Body Syndrome (or TMS) she now now lives pain-free, and her passion is to assist those on the same journey. Maria compassionately helps people to regulate their nervous systems, break free from old patterns, and restore balance. She is a Somatic therapist, mindfulness practitioner and hypnotherapist as well as a SIRPA (Stress Illness Recovery Practitioners Association) Practitioner.
