I'm Elisabeth and I'd like to invite you to a meditation.

Meditation helps us feel more relaxed and happier.

Let's start!

Go to a quiet place.

Choose the best position for you.

You can sit on the chair or on the floor with your legs frozen.

The most important thing is to straighten up your posture and to feel comfortable.

Close your eyes and place your hands on your lap.

Let's start the meditation by breathing very slowly.

Pull in the air.

Release the air.

We will count together 5 breathings.

Air comes in.

Air comes out.

Paying attention to your breathing is very important to relax.
