Lição 1
Habit Evolution
We are essentially made up of habits.. What we do, where we go, what & how we think, what we eat. The list goes on. Our habits are deeply ingrained behaviours that we perform automatically and with very little conscious thought, which is why habits can be so frustratingly hard to change. Fortunately there IS a way thanks to what we now know about the science of habit evolution. In this lesson we will learn the foundations of habit evolution & how to implement them into your life.

Lighter, Earlier Dinner
One of the keys to sleeping well and waking up feeling refreshed and rested, is making sure you have dinner early and you’re not eating too heavily. Dinner should be 'supplemental', allowing your digestion to work it's healing magic on your body as you sleep. In this lesson we will look at simple, actionable ways you can move your dinner time earlier & eat lighter!

Early To Bed
It will come as no surprise to you that sleep is a vital aspect of our overall health & wellbeing and for many people they are simply going to bed too late, and have a poor night time routine, meaning the actions they are taking in the hours before bed are not in support of getting that all important deep sleep that our bodies need. In this lesson we will look at ways you can create a dreamy sleep routine.

Begin Your Day Well
We want to invite in spaciousness & ease. We also want to be training our digestion to eliminate first thing in the morning. If we are not eliminating daily, in the morning it means, physically, mentally & emotionally we are taking yesterdays ‘trash’ into today. If you aren’t eliminating well it will mean your inner state of your emotions & thoughts will also be clogged up. In todays lesson we will look at ways to train your digestion to poop first thing in the morning!

Breath & Movement
According to Ayurveda stagnation is a fast track to disease, so when we roll out of bed, grab our coffee & sit on our phones or computers, it's the perfect recipe for stagnation, inflammation & eventually disease. When you start your day energised as a result of movement & breath (rather than caffeine) your decision making is clearer & your outlook more positive. In this lesson we will look at some simple ways to bring in a daily breath & movement practice, even if you are total novice!

Healthy Eating
You may well have heard the dictum - You are what you eat. If you find that your body is stiff, your mind is cloudy, your emotions volatile, then it is worth taking stock of the food you put into your body. In todays lesson we will look at ways you can bring more diversity & clean eating to your plate.

Evolve Your Relationships
Making change in your life almost certainly will impact those around you. And whilst those closest to you might be fully on board with the shifts you are making and even be willing to make similar changes in the own lives…what can feel frustrating is that those close to you MIGHT not be as enthusiastic about making change as you are. In this lesson we look at a few important aspects within our relationships in order to give ourselves the best chance of making sustainable long term change.

Self Massage
Your hands are one of your body’s main healing tools. Using your hands to touch, massage & caress your body daily can have positive effects on your sleep, your lymphatic system, your tissue tone, the suppleness of your skin, your immune system and the health of your joints! In this lesson we will discover a few simple techniques you can practice to bring in this gentle, loving, healing touch.

Sitting In Silence
How often each day do you simply allow yourself to sit in stillness & silence? This doesn’t have to mean in meditation, but simply being, without distraction allowing your mind to clear and giving yourself time to digest your experiences. In this lesson we will look at the importance of stillness & silence for digestion not only of our food but also life experiences.

A Felt Sense Of Safety
Don’t underestimate the importance of feeling safe within your body in order to bring about sustainable change The safer we feel in our body, the more we naturally expand what is known as our ‘window of tolerance’ aka ‘capacity’. In this lesson we'll be looking at an easy way to begin to feel safe once again in your body.

Care For Your Senses
We perceive life through our senses, the more fine tuned & healthy your senses are, the more accurately you will perceive life. If your senses are clogged up, not functioning well, the way in which you perceive will be altered. In this lesson we will look at some easy to implement practices to support the health or your senses.

Easeful Living
Creating healthy habits in your day are so vital as when we have these small, simple, repetitive habits it allows us naturally to enjoy more depth, connection & success in other areas of life. The more you create rituals that support your physical, mental, emotional & spiritual health, the more time and energy you free up to tap into a more easeful way of living.
