By recognizing and appreciating the amazing qualities of your body through a structured exercise, you can gradually cultivate a more positive perspective and elevate your self-compassion. Practicing this exercise daily can lead to a shift in perception, fostering a more positive relationship not only with yourself but also with your partner.

Step Out Of Your Comfort Zone
It's time to intentionally step out of your comfort zone by setting short-term goals. By breaking down your goals into manageable steps and giving yourself permission to take small risks, you'll gradually redefine your new comfort zone. Through a structured process of asking questions, making decisions, and envisioning positive outcomes, you'll build confidence in continue this journey of self-discovery and growth.
