This session will help you to understand the nature of problems and the different types of problems we have, which can range from gross to subtle. The subtle ones are most difficult to understand and imbibe in our own lives.

We will understand and go through a very famous four-line verse by Arya Nagarjuna which explains the wheel of life & its causes which has led us to this stage of samsara.

Welcome back to Day 3 of our course. Having understood the wheel of life as explained briefly by the verse from Arya Nagarjuna, we will deep dive into afflictions and karma today. The three types of afflictions are the core of each action and thought process of ours. It is vital to understand and control our afflictions to cut the root of our problems.

Welcome back to Day 4 of our course. Having understood our problems, it is time for us to start finding solutions for our problems. But the bigger question is, is it possible? Is it possible to be always fulfilled? Buddha said yes, we all have the Buddha nature. In today’s session, we will explore our basic potential and our basic seed of Buddha Nature, which is among all of us, including you and me.

Welcome to Day 5 of our course. It is time for us to start practicing the path. In this course, we will deep dive into the three higher trainings of the Buddha which are essential on this path. This can also help us to understand where we are today and from where we need to start.

Buddha's Way To Practice The Path
Welcome to the last day of our course. In this session, I will share how to practice the path according to the two types of meditation – placement and analytical meditations. It is very important that we go through these teachings through the steps of learning, contemplation, and meditation. Having gone through the complete teachings, one should follow this mechanism of learning, contemplation, and meditation along with two types of meditation to practice the path, as Buddha shared with us.
