Motivation
Before we start to learn the techniques to put everything on mute and recharge, we‘ll focus on your mindset and your motivation. Because the techniques only will only get you so far. Your mindset and motivation are a crucial factor to get the most out of this course.
Lição 2
Activate your senses
This session, you’ll learn with the first technique: sensory perception. We are going to use your senses to bring your focus from the outside world to your body.
Lição 3
Breath Work
Today, you’ll learn the simplest yet most powerful Yoga Nidra technique: breath work. There are volumes of research out there that underline the benefits of calm and conscious breathing. And best of all, it’s something we all have, something that’s always at our disposal. Breathing is our next technique to turn from the outside in, let go of all those external stimuli and relax your mind and body.

Setting your intention
In Session 1 we talked about motivation: why you want to put the outside world on mute. Today we are going to build further upon that motivation and translate it into a clear, simple intention that you can incorporate in your meditation practice and will guide you through your day: your Sankalpa.

Rotation of Consciousness
Today I will teach you a fourth Yoga Nidra technique: the rotation of consciousness. To reach a deeper level of physical relaxation and mental awareness, we will take a journey through our bodies. The rotation of consciousness, a guided systematic body scan. This will take you to a pure fertile state where you can deeply anchor in your Sankalpa.

Opposite Emotions
Now we know how we can reach a deep state of relaxation, we are going to work around emotions. And, we ‘ll play with opposites. This is one of the most intense but also most valuable techniques of Yoga Nidra.

Visualizations
Last session was an intense one because we were evoking opposing emotions. Today it is going to be lighter, and we are going to play with our imagination. The Yoga Nidra technique we are going to learn today is visualization.

We’ve been focusing on how you can put everything on mute, as a reactive strategy. Now I want to shift the focus to how you can use these techniques, pro-actively. How can we make sure that we don't have to constantly go on mute? For that, I want to give you 3 strategies you can use in everyday life.

Now you learned all the Yoga Nidra techniques, let’s see how you can apply it in your day. Today, I’ll guide you through a morning meditation because the way you start your day sets the tone for the rest of the day. This morning meditation will give you everything you need to start your day refreshed, content and focused on what matters to you.
