Your mind is your power center. You can’t control what happens but you can choose how you react to what happens.
Self-care is the best tool to help you with your mental and emotional health. Self-care is care provided “for you, by you.” It's about identifying your own needs and taking steps to meet them. It is taking the time to do some of the activities that nurture you. Self-care is about taking proper care of yourself and treating yourself as kindly as you treat others. Self-care will improve your mental health, overall wellness, and bring more playfulness into your life.

Having a healthy body will allow you to enjoy life to its maximum potential. If you are in pain, you have no energy, you are tired, or you are hungry, most likely you won’t be able to perform well in life.
