In this session, we explore how to gently be present with physical sensations and experiences without labeling, judging, or pushing away. This practice helps building trust with your body, learning that you don’t have to react or retreat - you can simply stay, notice, and be with what’s here.

In this session, we explore how emotions show up in the body. Through gentle awareness and compassionate attention, you’ll begin to recognize emotional sensations not as threats, but as waves that can be noticed, named, and allowed to move through. This practice helps deepen emotional resilience and presence with what’s real.

Offering Compassion To The Body
In this session, we turn toward the parts of ourselves that feel hurt or overlooked. Through imagery, breath, and gentle contact, you’ll practice relating to your body as something worthy of kindness. This soft, quiet approach can begin to shift the inner tone from judgment to compassion, creating space for healing and trust to grow.

Creating A Ritual Of Care
In this final session, we weave together the elements of breath, contact, awareness, and compassion into a simple self-guided ritual. Rather than a performance, this is a practice of returning. You’ll be invited to create your own rhythm of connection, offering your body a consistent space of safety and care to return to over time.
