In today's lesson, we will review the first stage of healing anxious attachment. The first stage is all about empowerment, assertiveness, and confrontation. You know you've arrived at this first stage once you've decreased the intensity & amount of people-pleasing and "overgiving" in your relationships. You're more likely to speak up about your needs, rather than hide them due to fear of abandonment and rejection. In this lesson, I will guide you through a gentle movement-based meditation to help you embody this empowered state even deeper.

Stage 2: Guilt, Anxiety, Self-Doubt
Today, we will learn about the 2nd stage to help you finally heal from anxious attachment. We will identify the intense feelings that tend to encompass your body during this stage, and I will guide you through a gentle movement-based meditation to help you build the capacity & confidence to move through these difficult emotions. Only once you can navigate the guilt, anxiety, and self-doubt that comes up in this stage, then you can move on to the next stages and finally embody a fuller healing of anxious attachment.

Stage 3: Relief, Validation, Firmness
This 3rd stage of Relief, Validation, and Firmness often settles in after you’ve released the guilt, anxiety, and self-doubt from stage 2. This is a relatively pleasant stage to bask in. Indulging in the pleasurable feelings associated with this stage is a key factor in fully healing anxious attachment (not all healing needs to be heavy or painful!). In today's lesson, you'll learn how you can grow through this stage, and be guided through a movement-based meditation to embody this firmness in yourself so that you can move forward in feeling secure and confident in all of your relationships.

Stage 4: Sadness, Grief, Fear
Stage 4 will likely feel like the most difficult stage of them all, but if you can be with & move through the emotions associated with this stage, then you will be SO close to healing your anxious attachment on a deeper level than ever before. In today’s lesson, we will identify how to know if you’ve reached this stage and healthy ways to navigate it. That way, you can get through the hardest part of healing anxious attachment and reap the rewards of experiencing love & relationships without being hijacked by anxiety, fear, or self-doubt.

Stage 5: Trust, Love, Surrender
We have reached the final stage of healing anxious attachment: Trust, Love, and Surrender! Once you reach this stage, it feels incredibly freeing, like everything you’ve been working through is completely worth it. In today’s lesson, we’ll talk about the key identifiers in this stage, and I will guide you through one last powerful movement-based meditation to embody this state of being more deeply secure within yourself and your relationships.
