Hey everyone,
Bhoomshika here.
I'm standing in a garden right now and I wanted to speak to you today about words are powerful.
I always say this to a lot of different people that I meet,
Individuals that I've dated and people that I've talked to because a lot of them say that I fake things very literally.
But in fact,
I feel like that's what it's all about.
If you're going to be using a word,
If you're going to be using a phrase,
If you're going to be saying anything,
I feel like you have to be really,
Really careful before you say those words because words have so much power in them.
They have really,
Really a lot of power and we don't actually realize it a lot of times.
We use them without thinking about it but they really do have a lot of power in the way we use them on our subconscious and on our actions,
On our reputation,
On the way people think about us,
Etc.
And from this I've realized over time is that I really,
Really want to be careful in the words that I use,
How I use them and what I use them for.
Not only for myself but more specifically for the way I deal with other individuals.
I want to be careful in the words that I say to other individuals,
In the reputation that I maintain and again,
Also the words that I say to myself.
I can be a very critical person in my head.
I'm always calling myself names,
Things like that.
The older I grow and the more I learn about myself,
The more I realize that if I want to love myself,
If I want to truly be in love with myself and if I want to have that unconditional love,
Then I really have to be careful in the way I speak to myself.
A lot of us I know speak really harshly to ourselves in a way that we would never speak with anyone else and that is what the surprising thing is.
Some of the things I say to myself I would never say to someone else,
Especially when I'm down.
The way I speak to myself is never how I'd speak to a friend if she was down or he was down.
The more I grow older,
The more I know,
The more I realize I really want to be careful about the words I'm using,
Especially because I don't want my subconscious affected by the words I'm using.
A lot of people,
A lot of stop-up gurus,
Whenever they say that you're talking about money,
Do not use the phrase I can't afford it.
Use the phrase that it's not in my interest right now or I'm not interested in purchasing that right now,
Things like that.
Change it up so that you're not always telling yourself that negative phrase that I can't afford it.
You're telling yourself that you're choosing not to purchase that item right now,
But you can if you wanted to.
You could have purchased it if you wanted to.
That gives a signal to your subconscious that you are a prosperous being,
You're not a power,
You're conscious individual,
But you're prosperous.
You're just choosing the things that you want to buy appropriately.
I just want you to use that in your daily life.
Think about the words that you're using,
Not only with yourself,
The individuals around you,
Especially the way you speak to yourself though.
Think about the words you're using and try to be less harsh.
Try to use positive words as much as possible.
You might think that it doesn't matter,
But I feel like a lot of it.
It does really,
Truly matter.
Words are so freaking powerful.
I hope that this helps.
