Imagine a white light.
Is a white light the base of your spine beginning to shimmer?
As it shimmers,
It starts to move and turn in a clockwise direction,
Swirls in a clockwise direction.
It's a loving,
Soothing,
Peaceful energy,
The base of your spine.
And that energy goes so naturally,
Easily,
Begins to rise up your spine,
Up the back of your spine,
Goes through your stomach.
And as it moves through your stomach,
Your stomach relaxes and any stress or tension in your stomach is released.
And your stomach is returned to harmony and peace and safety and belonging and satisfaction.
And the shimmering white light rises through your heart.
And as it reaches your heart,
Your heart begins to blossom like a flower in springtime in the sun.
The gentle,
Delicate petals blossom out and fill your heart with a beautiful fragrance.
The fragrance is unique to you.
It is your own scent,
The essence of your own spirit in your own heart.
And the white light gently and playfully shimmers up into your throat.
And you release anything holding your throat.
You let go of any feelings of guilt or shame.
You release them.
Any unkind words that you have spoken,
You release them to the sky.
And know that your voice is for kindness and beauty.
Your beautiful songs,
Your poems and generous words.
You see a blue light in your throat as it spins and it heals and it soothes.
To your throat is a clear channel for pure knowledge and you only speak the truth.
You only speak kindness and you only speak of appreciation.
And you release your emotions in a healthy,
Compassionate,
Honest way.
And the light rises up to your mind and your brain.
And it swirls around your mind,
Cleaning up any negative dark thoughts as it swirls and they are released into the atmosphere to be cleansed.
And your mind becomes a pure space,
A peaceful,
Gentle space.
Your mind is a field,
A field of fresh spring flowers and grasses.
Gently rustle and blow in the wind.
Your mind is an open field,
Clear and gentle and peaceful and spacious,
Allowing space for divine creativity and pure knowledge.
Your mind is at peace.
Your mind is clear.
Your mind is divine.
And then the light rises and it goes above your head and there is a white lotus sitting at the top of your head.
That lotus begins to open.
And the white light goes through the lotus as it blossoms open top of your head.
And the white light goes up into the clouds,
Into the sky,
Up,
Up into the heart of the universe.
And connects you to divine energy,
Pure white light.
Connects you to the ocean of forgiveness and the ocean of love and the ocean of peace,
Ocean of innocence.
You are the divine flower blossoming,
All your precious qualities blossoming.
Divine light of your spirit and your heart awakening.
You look into your heart and you feel the essence of who you really are,
The essence that you were born with.
You see yourself as a newborn baby,
Precious,
Innocent eyes opening for the first time.
You see yourself looking around at the world in awe and wonder.
You see yourself in softness and you love yourself as the essence of your spirit,
The same essence that you were as a newborn baby,
That very same essence,
Pure and good and innocent.
You hold that same potential right this very moment.
That infinite potential is with you in right this very moment.
You are infinite potential.
In any moment you can find this peace,
