Hello Beloveds,
Today's meditation is called the Light in Everything.
It is important that you know that the beauty you see in a rose is the beauty in you and the peace you feel by a river is the peace in you and that nature and everything around you that is alive and beautiful and peaceful is the same peace and beauty and aliveness in you.
Know that your purpose on earth is to be a witness to beauty and the more you witness the beauty around you and in yourself the more it blossoms.
Be in presence as you watch a child play,
As you watch a river flowing,
As you watch the sky and the clouds,
Everything is reminding you how beautiful you are.
The more you witness the beauty around you,
The more it grows in love.
Witness in love everything around you and witness with love the beauty inside you.
The grace of a dancer is the grace in you.
We are here to be present,
To witness the beauty of nature,
The beauty of life,
The beauty of ourselves.
Everything that is alive around you is divine grace as you are divine grace.
We are not here for accolades and awards.
We are not here to win over each other.
We are here to know that we are each other and we are the beauty in each other.
We are here to witness each other's beauty and each other's light.
When you see something beautiful,
Be present with that beauty and you will become that beauty.
Seeing beauty around you is seeing the beauty in yourself as you are one with everything around you.
You are here to grow your heart and the more love you radiate,
The more you have succeeded in your own life's mission.
The more you love and the more you blossom everything around you by witnessing it with love,
The more you will look back with happiness at your life as a life well lived.
Be present with a child as it plays and if you witness that child with love,
Watch that child blossom into its spirit.
If you witness a flower with love,
Watch that flower glisten and sparkle just for you.
And as you witness the ocean,
The ancient,
Sacred,
Cleansing ocean,
You become one with that cleansing,
With that ancient wisdom of the ocean.
Know that the love you feel from the ocean is the divine witnessing you and know that the divine witnesses every moment of your life with love.
You are forever and eternally held in this love,
This divine love.
Know that this love is eternal.
Witness yourself through the divine eyes.
Witness yourself with the love of the divine mother and the divine father.
Witness yourself with the love of divine nature.
And know,
Beloveds,
That the light in everything is the same light in you.
And as the night comes and the light rests for the evening,
Allowing you to rest and dream,
Know,
Beloveds,
That the light is always there,
Always shining for you and always rising again just in time for you to awake.
Know every moment of your life is important.
And all you need to do is witness with love yourself and everything around you.
Witness with love the light of the divine in everything.
You are the light.
You are the light.
You are the light coming,
Twinkling gently through the trees and the leaves.
You are the light that twinkles in a baby's eye.
You are the light that shimmers in the ocean.
You are the light that arises with the sun.
You are the light in everything.
You are the divine love in everything.
You are light.
You are divine.
You are love.
You are grace.
Beloveds,
Know that the light in everything is the light in you.
As you witness the beauty around you today with love,
Know that that love and beauty is in you.
And allow it to grow and watch miracles unfold before you like flowers in spring.
