Feel the intensity build as the powerful vibrations of the rattle, bells, the rain stick, and the gongs stir within you. Allow the anger to rise, acknowledging the sensations as the sounds reverberate through your body. As the vibrations grow stronger, take a moment to fully immerse yourself in the experience, letting the sound awaken and release any stored energy. Now, take a deep breath, drawing in fresh, calming energy. Slowly exhale, letting go of all the tension you’ve built, releasing it fully with your breath. As the sound of the Tibetan bowl gently resonates, feel yourself shift from a state of intensity to one of deep relaxation and peace.
