Calm your mind and let stress melt away as you enter into a deep state of gratitude for the beauty of life. Raise your vibration as you attune to the positive energy of gratitude. All it takes is a moment to notice!

Transcript

Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position,

Let your eyes soften closed and feel yourself fully arriving into this moment and into yourself.

Start to feel the natural flow of your breathing.

Take a big inhale,

Feel the belly and chest expand and with a long exhale feel the whole body soften.

Take another deep breath in through the nose and a long exhale through the nose.

Continue to breathe deep and slow as you start to invite your attention inwards.

Start to focus and feel into your heart,

Breathing into this sacred space within.

Allow each breath to guide your attention deeper and deeper inside.

Focusing on the heart,

Breathing in remember that this life is a gift and breathing out feeling grateful to be breathing.

Gratitude is one of the highest states of consciousness.

It reminds us that life is filled with beauty and bliss,

Magic and miracles.

Life is constantly and graciously giving us things to be grateful for.

We simply need to turn our gaze towards it.

Gratitude is a portal into love,

Abundance and joy.

It purifies our inner world and helps us to see the inherent goodness and graciousness of life.

It opens the heart for life's beauty and blessings to flow into.

Every moment and everything that we offer our genuine gratitude towards expands.

It transforms what we have into enough,

Transforms this enoughness into abundance.

It transforms the simple into the sacred,

Our pain into power,

Fear into courage,

Our words into nectar,

The mundane into the joyous.

Everything in life is a gift to revel in.

The more attentive and appreciative we become the more beauty we'll find.

Now continue to feel and breathe into your heart space.

Breathing in remember that beauty and grace surround you and breathing out feel into those blessings.

Breathe even deeper and know that there's so much to be grateful for.

Take a moment to acknowledge and appreciate the inherent goodness of life.

Reflect upon all that you feel grateful for.

The rising Sun,

The earth beneath you,

The abundance of nature,

The blue sky,

The love that surrounds you,

The warm cozy bed you awoke from this morning.

Breathing deeply,

Let this moment reveal all the things you can be grateful for.

Genuinely,

Emotionally,

Intentionally.

What are you grateful for right now?

Reflect upon all that you appreciate within yourself.

Your beating heart,

The breath in your lungs,

The legs that support you,

The eyes that see,

The brilliance of your mind.

Reflect now on all the things you feel grateful for within yourself.

And now can you extend this appreciation to the experiences in life that have challenged you.

Take a moment to reflect upon the wisdom,

The strength,

The evolution you've received from those moments with gratitude.

Can you find the blessings buried beneath the surface of these challenges and offer your genuine gratitude to the learning and lessons you've received.

Offer your sincere thanks to all of this,

To all that is,

To all of life's beauty that is waiting for you to turn your gaze towards it.

Breathing in,

Allowing appreciation to fill your lungs.

Breathing out,

Feeling the blessing that it is to breathe.

Revel in the completion and contentment that is right here,

Right now.

Now either silently in your mind or whispered out loud to yourself or to life,

Repeat these words after the voice.

To the abundance,

The glory,

The grace that is waiting for me to turn my gaze towards it.

Now take a moment to notice the effects of this practice and make a commitment to bring this feeling of deep,
