Hello beautiful souls,
Today I invite you to come on a journey with me and the aim of this journey is to release anything that is no longer serving us and reclaim our power and our energy which might have been scattered in the last period of time so we will jump straight into it,
I invite you to find a comfortable seated position make sure your back is straight imagine that you might have a sparkly string coming from the sky which pushes you up towards the seating allow your hands to fall heavy you can also lay down if you wish making sure that your lower back is flat on the surface beneath you there is no strain in your lower back you can flap your legs open to the side you can either let your arms be heavy next to you or place your left hand on your heart and your right hand on your belly and take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and as you exhale just become heavier and heavier just begin to feel the weight of your body and become aware of where you are right now both in space and in time you can try to zoom out a little and see where you are at in your life and take a moment to really check in with yourself how have you been feeling lately?
And how are you feeling right now?
I encourage you to pay some gentle attention to the space around your heart and it might be common that if you have accumulated a lot of negative,
Heavy,
Draining energies this part of you,
Your heart might feel a little numb,
A little unemotional but there is a tool that can crack this closed heart open and that tool is your own attention so even if you might not feel anything just pay attention to your chest,
To your heart and allow this soft attention spotlight to really linger in this part of you just allow it to stay there,
To pay attention to anything that might come up and with the help of your beautiful breath just like waves of the oceans coming and going,
Coming and going just allow yourself to soften just a little bit more and now as we proceed with this emotional showering I encourage you to think of something which might trouble you right now or if you don't have anything to think about,
Just be and with every single out-breath I want you to imagine the all heavy clogged knotted energies inside your body and around you in your energy field they just wander off into the space your breath is just pulling them all away just very very gently,
See how gentle this has to be and take as much as you need here and really let go of anything that no longer serves you just let go cut all the ties with negativity,
With suffering,
With pain and see how you start feeling much more at ease,
Much more lightweight,
Much more content keep letting go beautiful and in the next phase of this practice we will now try to reclaim our energy which has been scattered all over the place which usually happens if we go through a difficult time,
If we listen to a difficult story or just some difficult emotions that we capture from people around us our energy tends to dissipate towards these negative energies so now let's focus on the in-breath and with every in-breath you just imagine that you create this healing pod of light around you which becomes fuller and fuller every time you breathe in you just take back all of your scattered energies until you feel full,
Until you feel whole until you feel enough I want to remind you that you are capable of healing yourself that everything you're looking for in this external world is already within you to heal you and help you if you've been running around trying to listen to people,
To heal other people,
To stand up for other people this is a time where you use your inner resources to heal yourself,
To listen to yourself and to stand up for yourself take two more very deep breaths in keep picturing this healing pod around you you can even imagine a healing colour,
Any colour that comes to mind right now which you associate with healing and just allow yourself to safely just be in your own healing pod and as we quickly approach the end of the practice feel free to stay here a little bit longer if you feel like you need that space or just slowly come back to the room,
Become aware of where you are sat becoming aware of your whole body sitting or lying down open your eyes and check in with yourself and thank yourself for showing up here today I just hope you feel a little bit more light,
