Land Connection Meditation

Let us connect with the Land as we remember ways that we can sustain and nurture ourselves for this moment. this meditation is an offering for us to resource ourselves in hopes that we can continue to show up, witness, and walk alongside one another with Love and Liberation for us all.
Transcript
I want to begin by inviting you and us all to,
If there's anyone that you wish to invite into this space with you,
A guide or an ancestor that you know you feel supported by or have previously felt supported by,
You can just simply invite them in now as you begin to settle in,
Making adjustments to your body,
To the lighting in the room,
Allowing your body to be at ease,
To feel at ease.
If it feels available,
You're welcome to close your eyes.
And if that's not feeling available,
You can simply take a downward gaze.
Begin by noticing your breath.
You don't need to change.
You don't need to change anything about it at this point.
You're just noticing.
Notice where you're most aware of your breath flowing in and out of your body.
Also notice if it feels more supportive to breathe and exhale through your nose or exhale through your mouth,
Taking time to experiment.
I'll then invite you.
You to notice the sensation below you,
Whether you're lying down,
Sitting in a chair,
Sitting on the ground,
I want to invite you to notice the sensation of whatever it is that is under you and or behind you really feel into that support where on your body are you most aware of that support?
And by shifting.
Shifting your body or weight around in small ways,
Are you able to enhance the sensation of the support under behind you really allow your body to know its presence and regardless of what you are sitting or laying or allowing your body to be supported by that underneath that all the layers of the ground.
Of the foundation of the home you might be in,
Or if you're outside,
Maybe you're already aware of the land and if you're inside,
I want you to acknowledge and visualize and imagined the land that is below your home or the building you're in,
Knowing that we are all being supported by the land that is below your home or the building you're in,
Knowing that we are all being supported by the land that is below your home or the building you're in,
