Begin by taking a deep inhale in and exhale out.

Another deep inhale in and exhale out.

Take a moment to connect with your body.

Be still.

I invite you to close your eyes or to allow your mind to drift.

A little daydream.

Relax your shoulders,

Your jaws.

Allow yourself to melt into where you currently are.

Be here now.

Take a deep cleansing inhale in and exhale out.

Another deep inhale in and exhale out.

Allowing yourself to be open.

Welcoming silence as your guide.

The truth is time is precious.

When we set an intention to slow down,

We welcome ease,

We welcome rest.

Take a deep inhale in,

Ushering that in.

Exhale out,

Making room.

You cannot change what's already happened and you can simply impact what will.

It is best to be here now and to set your own pace.

Take one last deep cleansing inhale in and exhale out.

Affirming I set the pace for my day.

I welcome stillness and rest.

I will not push myself to the limit,

But instead I will be still and accept what comes.

One last inhale in,

Exhale out.
