Welcome to today's guided meditation,
A special opportunity to connect with our inner child.
Please be in a comfortable position,
In a space that you can focus and disconnect from the outer world.
Once you have found some comfort in your body,
Ground down with several deep breaths.
Let the intentional inhale fill your body up and let the loving exhale release anything that you need to in order to be fully present.
Feel your energy from the outside world settling away as you drop into your heart space.
I am your loving guide and we will travel back to visit your inner child,
The human that you are today has so much love and wisdom to share with your inner child.
This is such a gift to your inner child to visit with them and share and impart this love and wisdom.
This meditation is not ordinary in the sense that it has magical healing qualities.
The healing qualities exist because as we connect to different timelines,
We are able to shift and influence our current timeline.
Now,
As we begin our meditation,
Feel the temperature of the air around your skin,
Feel your feet,
Your toes,
Your ankles,
Feel your hips,
Your thighs,
Feel your belly.
Relax the belly,
Relax your shoulders,
Relax the base of your neck,
Relax your jaw,
Perhaps separate the back teeth,
Remove the tongue from the roof of the mouth and allow your breath to be natural,
Ebbing and flowing easy.
Soften the skin of the forehead and relax the corners of the eyes.
Imagine your childhood home,
Imagine the hallway outside of your room.
As your memory takes you down the hallway,
You see a beautiful child smiling,
That is you.
Your child is smiling because it recognizes you and it loves you unconditionally without question.
As you see your child self,
You begin to smile in admiration.
It's almost as if you're being reunited.
Feel free to drop down to your knees or take a seat on the floor so that your child can come to you.
Perhaps wrap your arms around this child and draw them in with such attention,
With such care,
With such love and reverence.
Time does not exist.
You have an infinite opportunity to feel the warmth,
To feel the love.
Notice their hair on your cheek.
Feel their little hands gripping you tightly in gratitude and love for this magical moment.
There's so much that you could say to your inner child with words,
But allow this hug to tell that child everything they need to know.
Through this hug,
Share with them that they are safe,
That they are loved and appreciated,
That in the future everything is going to be okay.
There's nothing that they need to worry about,
That they are provided for,
That they are loved and appreciated.
There's nothing that they need to be afraid of,
That they are appreciated for,
That they really make a difference.
It's through this loving hug that they are transformed.
In this moment,
They have everything they need and more and they feel so good.
They are so grateful that you came to visit them.
They are able to understand why or how,
It's just a feeling that everything is okay.
This sensory knowing that everything is in perfect balance just the way it is.
As you start to slightly pull away from the hug,
You're still touching arms to arms,
Hands to hands,
So that you can look at them and see their beautiful eyes,
Their beautiful smile,
Their teeth.
Look into the depth of their eye and see the glimmer,
The spark of innocence,
Of purity.
And look a little further and you see your reflection.
Witness your own adult reflection in the eyes of this child.
In their soul is your soul,
A loop of divine interconnectedness.
You can see in their face and their smile and their energy that they are so happy that you came to see them today.
And they know without any doubt that everything is okay.
They feel so comforted and warm by your presence.
It just so happens to be their bedtime and it's time to let them go rest.
They feel so grateful that you came and so warm and loved that they are ready for bed.
And you give them and you share one more squeeze and you send them off to go lay down,
Blanketed by your love,
Blanketed by this knowing that everything is perfect just as it is,
That they are safe,
They are sound,
They are loved.
As the room door closes,
You begin to fade away from the home,
Coming back into your body in the present day.
Feel your body,
Notice your heart,
Enjoy a few more clearing breaths,
Deep inhales and deep exhales.
Reintegrate this experience,
Come back into being present with your body now.
Take several deep breaths to integrate this experience into your muscles,
Your bones,
Into your DNA.
Feel into your heart space and feel the deep,
Knowing that you have been benefited by this visit to your inner child.
Feel into the knowing that you have helped yourself today by connecting with your inner child.
Allow any visions,
Emotions,
Thoughts and feelings to come and to go,
Knowing that everything is in perfect harmony and everything is in perfect divine order.
Give yourself permission now to rest.
Take several loving breaths as you allow the body to surrender.
Rest,
Deep rest.
