I choose compassion in all of my perspectives.
As I connect to the frequency of compassion,
All of my judgments and criticisms of myself and others dissolve.
I trust the intelligence of my spiritual heart.
I trust the intuitive nature of my choices.
My heart can be open and discerning at the same time.
I have a choice if my heart starts to close to stay open.
When old fears come up,
I love them and I give myself patience and gentleness to feel what's really underneath.
Any protection around my heart is simply information.
I choose to soften.
I choose to release my grip of being right.
I walk with humbleness.
I listen with care.
I choose presence over defensiveness.
I let my heart soften even when I feel scared or hurt.
Vulnerability is a power and a strength,
Not a weakness.
The deeper I allow myself to feel grief and sorrow,
The wider and expansive ability I have to feel love.
I am willing to feel even when the feelings are uncomfortable.
I am becoming more and more courageous to open my heart.
Giving myself permission to feel grief helps me to love ever more fully.
I am patient in the process of trusting to love.
Love does not require perfection.
Love is unique to me.
Love is dynamic and ever-changing.
The more I allow myself to explore what love is,
The more healthy my relationships become.
As I learn to love all parts of myself,
I become more and more grounded in the truth of who I am.
I breathe deeply.
I soften fully.
I allow love to wash over and through me.
I know what it feels like to be loved.
I know what it feels like to love fully.
When I think of someone I love,
I feel my heart open and I choose to stay here.
As I allow myself to see beauty in nature,
My heart softens.
When I remember joyful moments,
I feel love expand all around me.

I am practicing keeping my heart open.

I give my heart attention and care.
I am loyal to the truth of my heart.
I am loyal to the wisdom of my inner knowing.
Gratitude is the golden thread that weaves my mind into my heart.
