Breathwork tracks assist individuals in releasing old negative vibrations... that got trapped or stuck in the body. To begin find a comfortable place to lay. Breathing should be 1 to 2 secs in through the noise and 1 to 2 secs out. This will increase visuals and the releasing process. An intention should be set prior to beginning in what you want to release if you don't know. Ask your heavenly guardian angels to assist you in releasing what is needed. So you may move forward.
