So I'd like you just for a moment,
We'll just take some slow,
Deep breaths in your own time,
Just becoming aware of your own breathing.
Becoming aware of whatever you're sitting on.
And acknowledge that it's holding you.
It's feeling you,
Providing that support and holding you.
And just play with that.
See how that feels.
Can you let yourself be held and supported fully?
Can you let your weight go fully into that?
Can you trust that this isn't going to go anywhere?
Whatever you're sitting on is capable of holding you and happy to do it.
That's its purpose.
That's what it's here for.
It just wants to hold and support you.
Now and whenever you need.
Yes,
Play with that,
Letting seeing how much you can let yourself be supported.
And then feeling the contact of your hand on your chest.
And we're going to spend a bit of time today acknowledging our beautiful heart.
Big red,
Strong,
Healthy,
Beautiful,
Abundant heart.
Physical to start with and the energetic cause.
So while you've got your hand on your chest.
You can imagine going for a beautiful walk.
Did you see yourself still with that sense of support,
Perhaps under your bottom or behind your back?
And imagine you're finding yourself on this path across the hill.
You can see the dusty tracks where perhaps cars or tractors or vehicles or people walking two by two have.
Gone over this path many times and all around his lush green grass.
And if you look either side through the old fashioned,
Beautiful,
Sturdy.
Solid,
Wise wooden fences on each side.
There's green meadows for long grass.
No different types of flowers.
It's bobbing gently in the breeze.
You can feel the breeze coming from your left.
It's quite comfortable.
You've got just the right amount of clothes on.
When the sun is shining,
Just the right amount is warming your body.
But as you're moving down this path,
You're feeling so comfortable.
That gentle breeze coming in from the side,
You might hear some birds singing as well.
Just letting you know all is well is OK.
Feel so good to be here,
Smelling the flowers.
Feeling the air,
A gentle breeze and the sun on your skin.
The sound of those happy content.
All is well.
It's a beautiful day.
Birds singing.
And you might imagine that you're still on whatever you're supported by or that you're walking down this path.
One step or the other.
And you might hear as well as the birds song.
It's the crunching of the earth or the sand underneath you.
One step and another one step and another.
Just a good rhythmic coming up from the earth up through your body.
You're feeling steady and strong.
And then as you're making your way over the hill.
You see a forest that you haven't discovered before.
We're going to walk gently down towards that nice,
Steady rhythm,
Smelling the flowers.
Hearing your footsteps,
Feeling that contact,
That strong,
Steady contact up through your strong,
Steady legs.
Feels good to be alive just here.
No one needs you to do anything.
You're moving close to the forest,
You can see it's almost like spring leaves are so lush.
It always looks a little bit out of place or magical on this green hillside.
You see rolling hills around you off into the distance.
This forest is relatively dense,
But still feels really vibrant.
It's calling you in.
Almost like a guy just come out and said,
Hey,
Hey,
You come,
Come on.
We're going to come inside here.
I'd like to show you something.
Come and sit with us for a while.
The footsteps you're making get quieter and quieter as you realize you're walking on the grass and soft moss now.
And as you enter the forest,
This is beautiful archway of trees and fine branches over and around you.
It almost feels heavenly,
Perhaps like you're going into a beautiful,
Serene,
Very old church.
And you get the sense this has been here for a long time,
But not everyone gets to see it.
Almost like a portal.
And as you're walking in,
You hear the sound of water.
You see this beautiful mini lake,
Large pond.
And you're invited to sit on a really big,
Comfy,
Somehow warm,
Moss colored rock.
It's just the right shape,
The shape of the rock you can sit in really comfortably again.
And then that thought comes up,
I'm supported here to.
And then you realize you can actually lean back to as well.
The rock has this beautiful shape,
This rocks around it as well.
So your back is fully held and supported.
And while you have your hand on your physical heart,
You can also feel it's almost like the rock behind you are holding the back of your heart as well.
Holding and treasuring this beautiful,
Sometimes fragile part that's so important.
Your body is supported,
Your bottom supported on this just right temperature big rock.
You can see the sunlight coming in through the trees.
Rippling on the water,
Lighting it up like sparks of gold.
You think sparks of gold.
You can imagine fairies would live here,
Little happy goblins or little beings or pixies that would elementals that love being in this peaceful space.
And you get a very clear feeling that this isn't open to everyone.
You've been invited in.
The doorway was shown to you.
And this is a safe place,
Really safe.
You feel really healthy.
And you can either keep your hand on your heart as well,
If you like,
Or you can imagine resting it down or whatever feels good to you now.
But just know that the rock is almost like it's got hands and it's gently reaching in and caressing your heart,
Holding it with such beauty,
Like a newborn baby that you've seen for the very first time,
Or a brand new flower or when you've planted bulbs and they finally start to come up and you see them.
Something that's so precious and tender and really holding it in all enormous respect.
It's so safe.
It's holding you so solidly.
Really honoring the beautiful,
Beautiful heart of yours.
So you might be holding it from the front and it's being held from the back.
Really held with no judgment,
No attachment,
No need to do anything.
You can take time off here.
It's OK.
This is just about you.
Your heart,
Your feelings,
No need to do anything else,
No need to be anywhere else.
Just about you.
Before you.
You're all welcome here.
All of you.
You can really be yourself there.
And then you realize this beautiful hands coming from the rock,
It's like a wise old soul.
Being here for so long and is treating you with such gentleness,
But it's so solid that it's just peeling back the layers a little bit on your heart.
Perhaps a hardened outer layer.
To that beautiful.
Gold light from the you notice that what you saw on that that small lake,
The gold line.
It's actually sparkling inside your heart as well.
And we can put this hard and layer on again afterwards if you like this protective jacket.
But for now,
We're going to just play with letting that softer inside.
Be honored,
Given space and time and this place to come out and play if it would like to.
Where it's safe,
There's no other people's problems,
No other people's business.
Everything can every being here is already content on being looked after.
It's such a harmonious place.
And these rock pens are holding this beautiful,
Beautiful heart from underneath,
Letting it rest.
What would you love now?
It's asking and offering the space,
A voice.
I was giving this part of your microphone.
What do you really need?
What do you really desire?
And this scroll is beautiful,
Strong parchment scroll of paper appears in front of you.
And as you're thinking things like this floating old fashioned pen where you dip in the ink and it's writing down everything for you,
You don't even have to move or lift your arms.
They're all willing to help or wanting to hold you now.
We're asking that beautiful,
Precious heart of yours.
Just quietly,
You don't need to say out loud.
What do you truly need?
To make this life good for you.
What would you love?
What do you desire?
Don't worry about how or when or anyone else just now.
This is just an exploration of your own heart.
Trust that anything you're meant to remember will come.
This scroll is holding all of your words and your wishes and your hopes.
Be quiet for a while while you sit with that.
Being asked,
What would I truly love,
Truly need?
To make my life feel good.
No matter what anyone else is doing.
What does my real heart need?
Desire.
To feel well in my life.
Just let the words flow,
They don't need to make sense.
There might be emotions attached or not.
Or some thoughts that come in.
What about?
I don't know.
Should I?
Is this?
This is just an exploration like visiting a new art gallery or museum.
No attachment to what you see.
You're just having a look.
The words might be rainbow colour.
They might just be black.
It might be a luminous violet colour.
They've got this beautiful vibration in them.
As they appear on the paper,
They're being held,
You're being listened to.
You.
Perhaps you can imagine giving yourself an enormous hug as you're being brave enough to look at this.
And as the rock is holding your heart,
You can feel this enormous tree reaching around.
With its branches like arms with moss on them,
Holding and sweeping you up like you're tiny.
No effort at all.
It's just this massive heart.
You can feel the trees heart.
There's so much bigger than you are 10 times bigger.
Reaching forward,
Sweeping its arms around.
You are just holding you.
Just notice how easy that is for you to accept,
To receive.
Can you let yourself feel that hug all around the sides and the front,
You're being wrapped and enveloped like an envelope and you're the letter wrapping all around you.
And your heart is still being held so beautifully with such grace and honour treasured tender.
This is such a special place and it's you that's been invited here.
This is for you.
You're wanted on this earth,
You wanted on this planet and you're wanted in a feel good well condition.
Letting your love in honouring your field,
Strengthening your needs.
And then as you let yourself be held.
This can send out happy vibrations to the forest and the leaves almost start to get tickled with it.
Like they're giggling a little bit.
The joy.
You can feel the other tree beings smiling.
They're so happy and they feel your happiness.
It's almost like you're purring.
And it's OK to have this.
Doesn't have to be big or huge or life changing.
This is just pressing pause.
Stepping off the treadmill for a little while.
This moment.
And as those leaves are rippling and giggling,
It's almost like they're humming,
Singing your name,
Swaying and smiling and cheering you on.
Yeah,
It's you feeling blissed out that you're letting yourself receive this.
Pickled with happiness.
That you're getting to experience this vibration in this place to.
Another being to help another being to love.
Another being whose vibration can be raised and cleared.
You're so welcome here.
You fit in so well,
It's just so aligned for you.
You can thank the tree one last time and it's gently releasing its arms.
It's time to go,
It says your name,
Calling you.
Thank you.
And then gently moved back to being upright and strong again.
Just as well and strong and healthy and capable as it was before.
It's lost nothing from helping you.
Just like a natural breath in and breath out for.
Thank you to the rock and it smiles.
Gently wraps your heart back up again.
Put it back fully just in the right space for you.
Perhaps does a little bit of dusting around it as well.
And it's all just set in a beautiful safe space again.
With some,
Perhaps some extra love around it and appreciation for it to.
And it's wrapping a beautiful rock hands are wrapping your heart up in that gold light.
So it can still shimmer and shine.
But only beauty and things that truly love and respect you can get him.
I need the good stuff and the light and the sparkles.
You might want to take a deep breath and just notice how that feels now.
Does your chest and heart area feel just in this moment?
What can you see and sense that?
And is there anything that you would like to do for your heart or to give it?
Just now or say to him anything that it needs just in this moment before we start to think about moving on.
What would help you in your life and your heart?
What would your heart love now?
Whether it's more of that gold light,
Whether it's being cleansed,
Whether it's some kind of strong protection cage around it or.
Or even some happy bunny rabbits that can act as bodyguards and just hop around and eat any weeds that grow in,
Snuggle up against your heart and have a little nap so every now and again and show it love.
And by weeds,
I mean,
Doubts or blame or things that we're harsh about towards ourselves.
Really cute white bunnies or whatever comes to you might be thinking about sprinkling fairy dust.
Could be like a castle and a moat and a drawbridge.
Whatever feels good to you right now.
Some forest branches and leaves draping around and over it to shelter.
Awesome,
Nice warm sunshine and bright light.
And then you feel it's time to bring yourself up to standing.
So just in this visualization,
You're in that forest still and you can stand up really tall,
Feeling the moss between your toes underneath you.
A soft grass.
It's interesting.
You can't feel the breeze here.
You're so protected and sheltered.
And as you're standing up tall,
Your legs are really symmetrical and balanced.
Your hips feel strong.
Everything's aligned.
The strength in your torso,
The space here,
So much space in now you can reach your arms up and out.
One of those really big divine norms stretching your arms up and wide.
Oh,
Like sinking into a really soft mattress or a bed when you've been on your feet all day.
Oh,
This space feels so good.
And as you're standing up tall,
Perhaps with your eyes closed.
You can hear these whispers.
Thank you.
Thank you.
See you again soon.
And you notice the forest just stops to gradually fade away behind you and around you.
Very gently.
And slowly saying,
Thank you.
Come back again.
It's almost as if the forest is gently retreating and hiding back under a rock again.
It's very real and solid.
But not perhaps of this dimension.
Like a pussycat or a dog falling asleep and closing its eyes and retreating into its own world.
That forest is gently peacefully disappears.
And you can still feel your feet on the earth,
On the ground.
One soft grass.
How does your back feel now?
How does your chest feel now?
You can take all of this goodness with you and you can come back and revisit this anytime.
Now,
For a moment,
You might want to lean back on the grass where you are.
Flop and flat with your arms out.
And just in awe at what gift you were just given.
Being fully in this moment.
Just letting things integrate.
It's always like the feeling you got from those little beings there.
You can hear their whispers in the grass around you,
Smiling discreetly,
Perhaps little happy giggles.
And you know,
You didn't imagine it.
Thanking the hill for holding you to.
You might want to let out a big deep breath.
Make your shoulders drop even more.
I know that your heart's protected and you and it so,
So.
Loved and appreciated,
Just as you are right now.
That big tree hug,
You can reenact that anytime by wrapping your own arms around you as wide and as far and as big as you can.
Giving yourself a massive hug for as long as you'd like to,
Whether it's two seconds or 20.
Just sit and hold yourself for a bit.
Then you start to notice that breeze again,
Just slowly,
Slowly starting to come in.
But it feels warmer than before and softer,
Perhaps just on your front.
You're feeling like,
OK,
This is time.
It's time to go now.
Time to leave this beautiful place,
Knowing you can return any time.
Slowly notice your back up on your feet again.
How did that happen?
The smiley beings hiding in the grass,
Smiling and giving you a little wink.
We've got you calling your name.
Bye.
Come back soon.
You can feel their love and their warmth and the protection and the warmth of the sun filling you up as you start to walk back along that same path again.
With a green feels around you rolling off into the distance and you're walking down the central track.
Has those two tracks where cars or tractors,
We've passed over many times.
You can walk on one side of them.
Wherever you feel and just starting to hear that rhythmic crunch of the earth underneath you as you're back on that path.
Bringing you back to home and bringing you back to now.
The breeze and the sunshine.
You might start to notice your physical body feeling what you're sitting on again.
Just slowly,
Gently,
Gently.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thanks to yourself for taking this time.
Feeling your back supported wherever you are.
If you're laying down,
You'll feel all of your body supported.
If you're seated,
You might just feel your bottom and back letting yourself be held here in this moment.
You are already supported.
Just a slightly different way.
Maybe tune into how your shoulders are feeling now.
Your chest is feeling now.
Is it any more expansive or clear or what sensations,
Ideas,
Words,
Imagery come up to you?
It might be one word.
It might be two.
It might just be a sense of felt sense.
And how's your back?
Can you remember that loving feeling of being held and honoured so beautifully?
Just as you are now.
And knowing that that beautiful is sometimes fragile part of you is protected.
Strong boundaries.
Love and honouring.
Such beauty and grace.
Welcome home.
Feeling that loving arms around you might even want to give yourself a hug or just gently.
Drift off to sleep.
I'll just stay in this space for a while.
Well done.
We love you.
OK,
Beautiful.
Thanks for walking this path together.
It's been lovely to spend this time and enjoy the rest of your day.
