My name is Egotan Arot and I would like to welcome you to my daily affirmations for healing from chronic illness.

In my case multiple sclerosis.

I created these affirmations for myself after discovering the incredible power of manifestation and affirmations.

I listen to this frequently because I believe that our mind and body are deeply interconnected and nurturing positive thoughts can greatly influence our physical health.

Our mind is the most powerful doctor we have and the thoughts and beliefs we feed it with greatly influence our health.

These affirmations have helped me strengthen my mind,

Body and spirit and I hope they do the same for you.

To get started close your eyes,

Take a deep breath and exhale.

Now listen to the following statements and mentally repeat it after me.

Every cell in my body vibrates with health and vitality.

I release all fear and invite peace into my mind and body.

I am worthy of healing and feeling my best.

I am resilient and I can handle any challenge with grace.

I forgive myself and others releasing any weight that holds me back.

I am in an alignment with the flow of life and healing is my natural state.

I am patient with myself and trust the timing of my journey.

I nourish my body with kindness,

Love and care.

I let go of what no longer serves me and make space for renewal.

I am whole,

I'm at peace and I'm healed.

My body is capable of healing itself and I trust its wisdom.

Repeat these affirmations daily or whenever you need a reminder that you are capable of healing.
