For this meditation,
Sit down on the floor or in a chair with your feet flat on the ground,
Or if you'd like to lay down,
You may with your back flat against the floor.
Place the hematite between your legs,
Close to your pubic bone,
Or if laying down,
You can place the hematite on you,
On your pubic area.
Begin the meditation by closing your eyes and taking slow,
Deep breaths,
By inhaling,
Holding your breath,
And slowly exhaling.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine a golden bubble of light above the top of your head.
On your next inhale,
Bring the golden bubble of light through your center line and into your third eye.
Hold your breath here,
Letting the golden bubble of light fill your third eye,
Before exhaling and letting the golden bubble release through the crown of your head.
Inhale again,
Bringing the golden bubble of light through your center line into your throat.
Hold your breath,
Allowing the golden bubble of light to fill your throat chakra.
Exhale and release the golden bubble of light through the crown of your head.
Inhale again,
Bringing the golden bubble of light down into your heart.
Let it fill your heart,
Then exhale,
Releasing it through the center line through the crown of your head.
Inhale again,
Bringing the golden bubble of light down into your solar plexus.
Let it fill your solar plexus before releasing it through the crown of your head.
Now bring the golden bubble of light into your navel,
Letting it fill your navel.
Release when you are ready in your exhale.
Next,
Bring the golden bubble of light down into your creative chakra,
Located halfway between your root and navel chakra.
Feel the light here,
Then exhale,
Gently releasing the bubble through your crown.
Inhale again,
Bringing the golden bubble of light all the way down into your root chakra.
Hold your breath and let the light fill your root chakra,
Then exhale,
Releasing the golden bubble through the crown of your head.
Continue the cycle of inhaling,
Bringing the golden bubble all the way down to your root chakra,
Holding your breath,
Letting the golden light brighten all the chakras along your center line,
Then exhaling,
Releasing the golden bubble of light through the crown of your head.
Next,
Bring the golden bubble of light down into your navel.
Now we will shift the flow of energy.
On your next inhale,
Imagine this golden energy going all the way down to your root chakra.
Hold the light at the root chakra,
And as you exhale,
Send the golden bubble into the ground through your tailbone if you are sitting or laying on the ground,
Or down your legs through the soles of your feet if your feet are touching the floor.
Continue this breathing pattern,
Exhaling into the ground below you.
Next,
Bring the golden bubble of light down into your navel.
Notice the energy passing through the hematite next to your root chakra.
Feel how that golden energy becomes charged as it passes through the hematite.
Feel how the energy becomes more stable and grounded,
And feel how this movement of energy connects you more deeply with Mother Earth.
Next,
Bring the golden bubble of light down into your navel.
Now imagine roots growing from the part of your body that is in contact with the earth.
Depending on how you are positioned,
This could be from the base of your spine straight into the ground,
Or down through your legs through the soles of your feet.
On your next exhale,
Send these roots deep into Mother Earth.
Feel as they navigate between and through the rocks,
Going ever deeper and closer to Mother Earth's core.
Allow yourself to connect to the core of the planet.
Feel as Mother Earth's energy pulls you into her and grounds you,
And feel how her energy stabilizes and centers you.
Next,
Bring the golden bubble of light down into your navel.
Next,
Bring the golden bubble of light down into your navel.
On your next inhale,
Bring the golden bubble down from your crown,
Down into all your chakras.
Hold your breath,
Brightening the energy within your center line.
Then exhale,
Sending the golden energy through the hematite and down through your roots into the core of Mother Earth.
Again,
Inhale,
Bringing down the golden light through your crown into your center line.
Hold your breath,
Then exhale,
Releasing the golden energy down into Mother Earth.
Feel the resonance between your hematite-strengthened energy and the iron core of Mother Earth.
Continue breathing,
Sending the energy down into Mother Earth and noticing how much more grounded you feel when your energy resonates with hers.
Next,
Bring the golden bubble of light down into your navel.
Now,
On your next inhale,
Slowly pull up Mother Earth's energy from her core into your roots up through the soles of your feet,
Up through your legs,
Through the hematite,
Into your root chakra,
Up through the rest of your chakras,
And then up through the crown of your head.
Hold your breath,
Then exhale,
Releasing the energy from the top of your crown down through your chakras,
Down through your legs and feet,
Back into the center of Mother Earth.
Repeat,
Inhaling,
Pulling up Mother Earth's grounding energy from her iron core.
Feel it come up through your feet and legs,
Resonating with your root chakra and the hematite placed next to it.
Then exhale,
Sending down the energy from the crown of your head down into Mother Earth.
Notice how Mother Earth's iron-infused energy resonates with the hematite between your legs.
And notice how the hematite crystal helps make Mother Earth's grounding energy clearer and more distinct.
With your breathing,
Continue harmonizing with Mother Earth's energy,
Feeling her energy rise up through you and releasing the energy back to her.
Feel how your breathing can create a rhythm with Mother Earth's grounding energies.
And feel how this movement of energy connects you more deeply to Mother Earth.
