Find yourself a comfortable position and relax and breathe into this prayer for global love and gratitude. You may choose to close your eyes or you may wish to keep your eyes open. Turn your focus inwards and focus on the energy of love within you and radiate that out to the world and the universe. Breathe in the abundance that the universe has to offer us and breathe out gratitude for the miracle that is the earth. Take this time now to just sit with this energy of love within you and focus on radiating that out to the world and the universe for the next few minutes. Bringing your attention now back to the body that you are in. Wiggle your toes, Wiggle your fingers and allow your body to awaken to come back fully present into this moment, Into the room and the environment that you are in. Knowing that your meditation has raised the vibrations of love in the universe and so it is.
