This meditation is called Flower Meditation.
Much like flowers,
Your chakras can open and close.
Ideally,
Your chakras should always be expanding,
Always be opening,
And always be growing.
Unfortunately,
Sometimes we make mistakes that close our chakras.
This meditation is for opening the chakras using flowers as a visualization.
Things that can open the chakras include love,
Purpose,
Positive thinking,
Acceptance,
Nature,
And connection.
Things that can close the chakras include negative thoughts,
Speech,
And action.
To begin,
Start at your crown chakra,
Located at the top of your head.
I'd like you to imagine a flower,
Any type of flower you'd like,
Blooming,
Slowly opening,
Budding,
And widening into a full bloomed flower.
Next,
Move to your third eye,
Located just below your forehead.
I'd like you to imagine a flower,
Any type of flower you'd like,
Slowly blooming,
Budding,
And turning into a full flower.
I'd like you to imagine a flower,
Any type of flower you'd like,
Blooming,
Blinding,
Blinding,
Blooming,
Blooming,
And turning into a full bloomed flower.
Next,
Move to your throat chakra.
Imagine a flower blooming,
Slowly expanding,
Coming into full bloom.
I'd like you to imagine a flower blooming,
Blinding,
Blinding,
Blinding,
Blinding,
And turning into a full bloomed flower.
Next,
Move to your heart chakra,
Located in your chest.
I'd like you to imagine a flower blooming,
Slowly blooming,
Blooming,
Blooming,
Blooming,
Blinding,
Blinding,
Blinding,
Blooming,
And turning into a full bloom.
Move to your solar plexus located in the middle of your stomach.
See a flower slowly blooming.
Continue this visualization until you are in full bloom.
Continue this visualization until you are in full bloom.
Imagine now a different type of flower,
Planted,
Rooted,
Budding,
And slowly blooming from your sacral chakra located beneath your belly button.
Continue this visualization until you are in full bloom.
Imagine a flower blooming from your root located at the base of your spine.
See it slowly budding,
Blooming,
As large as you can.
Continue this visualization until you are in full bloom.
Give thanks for your growth.
