Welcome to your center.

A center means to make something your intention or your focal point,

To ground into something.

As we decide what our main focus is and our deepest intentions or our center is,

We decide the direction of our lives.

The center of your universe,

Life,

And self should always be peace and love.

All forms of abundance stem from these things.

As we center and constantly re-center in peace and love,

Our world goes a lot smoother.

To begin this meditation,

Find a comfortable space,

Close your eyes,

And find your center.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in love and peace.

Breathe out whatever is stopping you from centering in peace and love.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in peace and love.

Breathe out and release all blocks to peace and love.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in and center in peace and love.

Breathe out and center in peace and love.

Breathe in and tune in.

What is currently your center?

What pushes you?

What controls you?

What moves you?

What inspires you?

What is your center?

What are the core or behind these things?

Breathe in,

Re-center.

Breathe out,

Re-center.

Breathe in,

Re-center.

Breathe out,

Release anything stopping you from having peace and love as your main focus.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

We must believe that love and peace are always the best path.

Re-center.

Let go and re-center.

Never let anything get in between you and your center.

Let go and re-center.

Your center is where the best path comes from.

Let go and re-center.

Center,

Center,

Center and peace and love.

Always come back to your center.

Remind yourself every day to come back to your center.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in the awareness of being centered.

Breathe out anything blocking you from being centered.

Feel the shift into centeredness.

Feel the shift into peace and love.

Let go of anything blocking you from being peace and love.

Your center should include peaceful and loving speech,

Actions,

Thoughts that all stem from a peaceful and loving intention and center.

Breathe in,

Breathe out and re-center in peace and love.

Let yourself sink into your most centered place.

Your most loving and peaceful place.

Let this feeling go through your entire body and your entire aura,

Filling you with peace and love and centeredness.

Let anything go that is not peace and love from your mind,

From your heart,

From your body.

Forgive anything that is not peace and love and re-center,

Center in peace and love.

If you want to get in tune with your center,

All you have to do is breathe and remember that at your core,

At your being,

Your truest center and your truest self is peace and love.

We de-center anything that is not peace or love.

You've always been peace and love.

There is always a source of peace and love inside of you that you can tap into at any time via your breath.

To breathe is natural.

To breathe is our greatest source of power.

It is a sign that we are alive and the greatest blessing.

To breathe means to get in tune with our truest selves,

Which is peace and love.

Breathe in peace and love.

Breathe out anything stopping you from being peace and love right now.

Breathe in the sensation of peace and love.

Breathe out,

Release anything,

Anything you need to release.

Breathe in and tap into that deep well of peace and love that is always within you.

Breathe out anything blocking you from tapping into this.

Breathe in into that well that is always there and remind yourself of this every day.

It's always there.

And when you're ready,

Breathe out.

Thank you and welcome to your center.
