This is a meditation and energy healing to ignite your own innate power and reawaken the knowledge that you are already whole.
You can begin by finding a comfortable position,
Either seated or laying down.
Begin to bring all of your awareness into this moment.
Let the mind settle.
Just notice your breath.
Notice the inhales.
Notice the exhales.
Feel how your breath is right here,
Right now.
Taking a moment to allow your belly to loosen and your shoulders and jaw to drop.
There is nothing you need to hold on to.
Feel the expansion as you breathe in and the letting go as you breathe out.
Allow the flow of the breath to be soft and gentle.
Allow it to cleanse and refresh the body.
Now take three deep breaths in through your nose,
Filling up as much air as you can,
And out through your mouth with a deep sigh.
Take these three breaths on your own time.
Now imagine yourself in your favorite place in nature.
Look around you.
Notice the colors.
Maybe notice a soft breeze just gently moving the trees.
How does this place feel?
Maybe you feel calm,
At peace,
Re-energized,
Revitalized,
Balanced,
Whole.
Now imagine your direct connection into the Earth's energy.
Maybe your connection is through roots growing down deep into the Earth.
Maybe the connection is with the air spiraling all around you.
Maybe it's like a cord being plugged in to be recharged.
Maybe it's a combination.
Whatever your connection,
You feel the Earth's vitality,
Her ability to grow and regenerate and heal.
You feel her connection with you and with all that is.
Imagine the Earth's energy entering your body now,
Combining with your energy and flooding every cell of your body to move you into a state of self-healing.
Feel it vibrating with life as it moves into your feet,
Up your ankles,
Into your legs and hips.
It opens your belly and heart and washes up and down your arms and your spine.
It floods your shoulders and neck and head,
Connecting your entire being with the frequencies of healing and perfect health.
Mentally,
Emotionally and physically in perfect balance and harmony.
Bathe in the power of this frequency for a few minutes.
Breathe with the Earth.
Feel the balance and wholeness surrounding you.
Nothing to change,
Nothing to fix.
Everything is perfect.
Now begin to imagine yourself in perfect health,
Mentally,
Emotionally and physically in perfect balance and harmony.
How do you move about your day from this space?
How do you show up and care for yourself and your dreams?
How do you live from a place of wholeness?
Nothing to change,
Nothing to fix.
Everything is perfect.
Not because anything has changed,
But because it's perfect as it is.
The frequencies of perfect health and healing are already alive within you.
Throughout the day today,
I invite you to come back to this feeling,
To allow your mind to still and focus on this sensation.
The sensation of being connected to the Earth and the sky and the trees and the rivers and feel the healing power inside of you.
