Since a young age Ati (Natalie) has been fascinated with our human experience and what it means to be alive now. That curiosity (and many struggles with extreme anxiety, panic attacks, and depression in youth) led Ati down a deep spiritual path to religious studies, yoga asana, mindfulness, meditation, energy healing, anthropology, and Buddhist philosophy. She has been teaching mindfulness practices for over 15 years through yoga and meditation, spiritual retreats, and corporate self-care, stress relief, and mindfulness workshops. In addition to teaching mindfulness, Ati has a gift for guiding one-on-one and group energy healing sessions, where she reminds you that you have the innate wisdom and ability to heal yourself. Ati believes that at our core we are all connected to this universal wisdom. We are an expression of life flowing through us. Of love and joy and peace and struggle and anger and grief.
