Hello beautiful souls and welcome to this episode.

So today I'm wanting to get into a topic of how we can actually utilize our spiritual team for support when life feels heavy,

When we feel like we're going through hardship,

When we're going through something that feels really difficult.

How can we actually lean on our team and receive support from them?

Now you know from my previous episodes that I talk a lot about how we can work with our spiritual team to receive guidance and clarity.

And this obviously is really great when you're going through something and you want to understand the higher lesson,

Right?

Nothing just happens for no reason.

There is a higher lesson to it,

A higher reason.

Always and it's always,

Even if it doesn't seem like it in the moment,

There is always a benefit to your soul's evolution in whatever you are moving through.

But that kind of clarity is just one of the benefits that we can have from our spiritual team when we're going through something.

Our spiritual team can actually support us in so many more ways.

They can support us energetically,

They can work behind the scenes to support us in different ways and that's what I'm really going to be guiding you through today.

How to actually lean on,

Get support and resolution from your spiritual team when you are moving through something.

So it doesn't really matter how spiritual you are,

How spiritually advanced you are,

We're still humans,

We're still going to experience what feels like hardships,

Right?

The difference is someone who is maybe more spiritually advanced,

They won't settle into a victim mindset of this is happening to me,

I'm stuck,

I can't get out,

Well everything is falling apart,

This sucks and be in that energy.

Rather,

We realize that it is happening because we have to move through something.

There's another level of growth,

There's some sort of karmic lesson or even just like a soul lesson that our soul actually wants to learn and gain so it can progress,

So it can evolve,

So it can move on from this,

So the cycle can stop repeating itself.

Sometimes we move through sickness for frequency recalibrations,

So it's important to treat the things that you are moving through when they are difficult and working through them that they are actually initiations,

They are not punishments,

They are initiations and they are preparing you for your next level and so on one level you can be like,

Well this sucks right now and that's okay,

It sucks right now,

I'm moving through it but it is what it is,

But then there gets to be another level of wow,

What's on the other side of this,

The initiation,

The soul evolution that's going to provide for me is going to be incredible and I can't wait to move into that.

So it's almost like you're holding these two realities as true.

Now one of the most important things when we are working with our spiritual team because no matter what you're moving through,

Even when you're at your highest high,

Your lowest low,

You have a spiritual team surrounding you that loves you.

May it's full of angels,

Star beings,

Guides,

Ancestors,

Your higher self,

They are always with you,

They don't disappear and it can sometimes feel like when we go through something hard,

Where is my spiritual team,

Like how could this happen,

But it's happening because it's the highest best for your soul.

We're given what we need,

Not always what we want and our human desires and wants which often want safety and comfort are not the same desires of the soul.

The soul wants evolution,

It wants to be the highest potential of itself expressed on earth and so your spirit team is always holding you to that and supporting you to move through that.

So when these initiations come through,

Your spirit team is supporting you to move through them quickly,

Realize the lesson and shift through it.

So one of the first things that obviously,

Obviously like the first step we want to be doing is every single day when you are moving through something hard is actually talking to your team.

Now this can look like prayer but I don't want you to treat it like begging for support but actually treating as a way for you inviting in support.

Remember that our spirit team operates on the laws of free will.

So you have free will,

They're not going to interfere unless you give them permission.

So you can be saying every single day,

Spirit team,

Spirit guides,

Angels who are serving the light only,

I call you forward now.

This is what I am currently moving through.

I'm having a hard time.

Can you please support me?

Can you please help me?

Can you please make this situation as easy as possible?

And look,

Whenever I've gone through hardship myself in my life,

What I've always noticed is that as soon as I learned the soul lesson behind it,

It shifted.

Regardless of what I was going through,

There is a higher lesson to what I am moving through.

And once we understand that soul level and we learn that soul lesson,

Then there's a big shift.

I'll give you an example.

When I was struggling financially,

There was an underlying lesson around worthiness that my soul desperately wanted me to learn.

And I kept manifesting that in my life because my soul saying,

Hey,

If you're going to do what you came here to do,

You need to learn this lesson.

Once I learned the lesson of worthiness and embodied it,

Everything in my life shifted to reflect that.

So the question becomes then,

And especially what you're asking your spiritual team,

Is please support me to understand the soul lesson behind it.

If you're already channeling,

Then you can go ahead and ask,

What is the soul lesson?

What do I need to learn to know,

To embody,

To shift this scenario?

Otherwise,

Keep asking,

Say,

Show me.

I'm ready to see the soul lesson.

I'm ready to understand it.

Show me.

And be prepared for the right book,

The right course,

The right teacher,

The right person coming into your life and bringing this into your awareness because your spirit team is also desperate to support you with this and have you shift through it.

Sometimes you'll get to a place in your life where you feel like you've lost hope,

Right?

Where it's like you can't do anything and you've tried so many different things and it's just not working.

That place,

When you get to that,

Is when it is time to hand it over to the higher realms,

When it's not yours to carry.

And to be honest,

I do this with small issues as well.

Think of it as surrendering to the universe,

Surrendering it to the higher realms to sort out and organize for you.

So for example,

You can write down the situation that you're navigating through,

What you're having a hard time with,

And the resolution that you want to move through and actually hand it over.

So you can fold that up like a piece of paper,

Then you can burn it to release it.

You don't have to write it down,

But it is a way that you can do it.

I just speak it directly to my team.

And you can say,

I now surrender this situation to the higher realms to rearrange it for my highest good,

For the highest good of all.

And that's where you let it go and literally feel yourself energetically releasing it.

Because you've been carrying it,

Right?

In your mind you've been trying to figure out how to resolve it,

How to fix it,

How to solve it,

How to get out of it.

And now you get to hand that over.

It's not yours to carry anymore.

And literally feeling as this isn't mine to carry anymore.

I'm open and ready now for the spiritual realms to help me and support me to move through this in the highest way that I need right now.

And this process you can literally do with the most minor of issues to the biggest of issues.

And it could just be a conversation you have at night.

You call in your spiritual team and you say,

Hey,

This is the issue I'm having.

This is what I really desire help with.

I don't know what to do here anymore.

So I'm handing it over to you.

And I ask that you divinely rearrange it,

Resolve it,

Solve it for the highest good.

That's it.

One of the other beautiful processes that you can do if you're feeling really down,

Like low emotionally,

You're having a hard time,

You're feeling lonely,

Anything like that is call forward your angels.

You all have angels who love you,

Supporting you,

Your guardian angels,

Other angelic beings working with you.

So you can literally call them in.

Again,

I like to do this before I go to sleep at night and say angels,

I wish to feel the love that you have for me.

And you're going to begin to feel them sending their love to you.

And you can literally treat it like this,

Treat it like a divine love bath,

Where you are just leaning back,

Soaking up all the beautiful love that they have for you.

And you get to just bathe in it and let it fill up your cup,

Let it fill up your heart,

Receiving,

Receiving.

And it's just such a beautiful little process that you can do whenever you like whenever you're feeling low.

And just know,

I am divinely loved,

Because you are I am divinely loved.

I am divinely supported all as well.

Another process that you can do is before you go to sleep,

You can call in your spirit team and set an intention to do whatever healing work needs to be done on this issue for you to shift through it quickly whilst you sleep.

Because when we sleep,

We journey,

We go studying,

We go and do energy work on others on ourselves.

So you can set the intention before you sleep to actually go do that work.

And then in the morning,

When you wake up,

You might be feeling a bit tired because you were doing a lot of energy work overnight.

Take a moment and reflect,

Did you have any dreams that are relevant to it?

Is there anything that you've woken up with,

Like a clarity or a clear download or knowing and take some time to actually reflect on what you received overnight.

Now,

Because I truly believe that hardships are initiations,

I also come back to the knowing that is we're shifting into a higher vibrational state,

We're being met with an initiation through the lens of a hardship,

Because there's something that isn't aligned and a part of our identity,

Whether that's belief systems,

Emotions,

Generational trauma we've been carrying,

Is no longer aligned for us to carry anymore.

And we literally have to shift that to move to the next level.

Now,

Most of the time,

That's going to be mirrored in our reality where we'll go through initiation and a hardship.

But if we strip it back to the energetic vibrational truth,

What we see is that who you need to become is vibrating at a very different frequency than the you who you are now,

Who is being dealt this initiation,

Which means the key here is actual energetic transmutation and purification.

Because every single issue,

Right,

Let's treat it this way.

If you're moving through a hardship about abundance,

For example,

Even worthiness,

Like the example I gave,

The worthiness wound,

It has a core origin that sits in your energetic blueprint that has its own vibration.

The belief systems that you have all have their own vibration stored in the mental body.

The emotions around it are vibrations stored in the emotional body.

So when you begin to work energetically,

You actually begin to cleanse this.

Now,

There are a few different ways that you can do this.

I think the violet flame is amazing because it is for transmutation.

I have a whole podcast episode about how to work with it and then processes to actually implement it.

So I highly,

Highly recommend having a look at that.

And when you're moving through something difficult,

Literally doing it like throughout the day constantly because it shifts your reality fast.

It really,

Really shifts everything so quickly because the violet flame is a frequency of transformation,

Transmutation and fast,

Rapid shifting to clear out what is not in alignment anymore.

Now,

There are other ways that you can work energetically with your team to help clear things.

So for example,

You can call in the angels of transmutation or the angels of purification.

Actually,

You can call in both.

So you can say,

I call upon the angels of transmutation and the angels of purification.

I ask that you dissolve all lower frequencies within me and around me into pure source light now.

And literally then visualize,

Watch as golden white light comes down into your energy field,

Shifting and clearing any density around you,

Shifting and moving through all of these patterns,

Right?

So you can be working with the angels to do clearing.

You can also be calling an archangel Raphael and asking him to heal the core root wound that has been created,

That is creating this situation right now to shift it,

Heal it and move through it and see yourself receiving the energy work.

You might feel that it's sitting within a certain chakra and you can also do energy work on that chakra.

You can call an archangel Michael for protection and for ease of this situation that it not be difficult anymore and instead be what it was always designed to be.

A soul lesson that you recognize and you're able and clear on how you need to work through it.

Now,

One of the other ways and one of my favorite ways of when you're in a situation that involves someone else.

So whether it's a friendship,

Business partnership,

Romantic relationship,

Even your parents,

Literally any kind of relationship.

If there is an issue around that right now that you are having a hard time with,

There is another process you can do that resolves things for you.

And that involves working with the other person's higher self.

So that process would look like you sitting down in meditation and you just go ahead and you call forward the other person's higher self.

So I call forward the higher self of and say their name.

And then what you can do here is you can have a full blown conversation with their higher self.

The person might feel it on some level,

They might receive it energetically on some level,

But the purpose is your healing and the higher self acts as the holder of the session.

So if there's anything that you feel like you haven't been able to say,

Anything you haven't been able to share,

Anything that you're like,

Hey,

I need to talk to you about this.

You can share all of that with their higher self.

Then you can talk about what you're wanting to resolve from it.

Whether that is cutting them completely out of your life,

Whether that is resolving things and returning to harmony.

And you can say to your higher self,

This is what I want,

This is what I'm ready for,

This is what I want to shift into and create.

And let the higher self as well see if there's anything that their higher self wants to share with you,

Any guidance.

There might be a sole contract as well that's very most likely that is very relevant.

And you can also choose to call in the violet flame to work with clearing that contract if that contract is complete as well,

But it's still being held.

Now,

Obviously,

Tools like cutting cords,

Cutting hooks to people's situations,

That's also so super important,

Because you need to focus when you're moving through hardship of how can I keep purifying and transmuting what is being held within me that is creating this situation.

That's the goal,

Right?

Also,

If another person is involved upon upon,

It's really,

Really great.

So I'm sorry,

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you over and over again,

That you're saying to them,

You don't have to even say it out loud.

You just think of them look at a picture of them and say it over and over again.

And that actually does a healing for both you and them.

So that one's really powerful if another person is involved.

Now,

If you're wanting fast shifts,

Like you're like,

I need to shift out of this situation so freaking fast.

You can call in guides who work with transformation,

Transmutation,

You can the angels of transmutation are really great for that.

But also St.

Germain,

Right,

He is the one who gifted us the violet flame.

So you can call in St.

Germain and say,

I'm ready to transform,

Please support me,

Please provide me with energy codes information on an energetic level that I need to shift quickly and shift fast and move out of this situation.

You can also call in the divine laws of truth,

Of justice,

And ask them to assist you.

If you are in a situation that feels really unfair,

Or unequal,

You can call in those laws and ask them energetically to surround you and surround the situation and literally visualizing yourself,

The other person,

The situation in these energies.

And that helps bring any distortions,

Illusions to light,

And actually restore divine balance,

Divine justice,

Divine healing.

So those are also really powerful tools.

I would also recommend actively choosing to release the old timelines.

So especially if there's a pattern,

Like an ongoing patterns,

Keep showing up in your life,

You can actually close down those timelines.

And so you can call upon your higher self and say,

I release all the attachments to the timelines of,

And this is where you say the issue,

So it might be suffering or lack or betrayal,

Or speak the specific issue and pattern you're going through now,

Collapse them now entirely into the zero point of divine neutrality.

And just feeling as cords leave your body,

Leave your being and disconnect you from the timeline.

All these old timelines that are just being co-created by the old belief systems,

The old wound,

The old situations.

And then you can choose to say,

I anchor in the new higher timelines of abundance,

Joy,

Love,

Ease,

And actually call them in.

Manifestation is a great tool here,

But it is really important that the manifestation comes after you've processed everything,

Not bypassed,

Right?

That you're not like,

Oh,

I feel so sad.

Let me just go manifest,

Right?

That you've processed the emotions.

And then you've worked on the energetic purification,

Transmutation,

Handing it over to the divine realms and releasing what is not yours through energy work with your angelic team.

Then manifestation becomes a really powerful tool because you're clear and aligned to receive something new.

When you are moving through a hard time,

This is exactly the time for you to be leaning on the divine support you have,

Not just by getting signs or pulling Oracle cards or even just clarity,

But actually having their divine love,

Their divine interference,

Their divine support,

Letting them rearrange things behind the scenes,

Guiding you,

Showing you,

Working on you where you need the energy work to heal,

To shift,

To become someone new.

And this is where you get to anchor into divine trust,

Divine love,

And divine knowing,

The knowing that you are divinely supported,

Knowing that you do have this spiritual team that loves you so deeply and is supporting you in more ways that you could possibly know.

And this builds a relationship with your spiritual team,

Which becomes a real,

That becomes something that you anchor into everyday life too.

Because when you walk through the world,

Knowing you are so divinely loved and protected,

And everything is always working out for you,

You walk through the world differently.

You say yes to your intuition.

You're able to jump in when something feels right,

Even if you're scared about all the possible outcomes,

Because you trust and you know,

And that's a really powerful way to live your life.

So I really invite you,

If you are moving through something,

Remember there is a higher reason that this is happening,

And you're not going through this alone.

You are supported,

Your team is with you,

And they are there for you to lean upon.
