Hi,

I'm Beautiful Soul.

Welcome to this week's episode of Light Leaders Ascension School.

I'm Athena Bailey and I'm so excited to have you here today as we dive deep into a topic that I know many people are looking forward to,

Which is creating abundance.

We're going to talk about the spiritual aspects of money,

Of creating abundance,

Manifesting money,

The relationship that you need to have with money,

With finances,

To actually create an abundant life.

Now,

Full disclaimer,

I'm not a financial advisor.

These are all just spiritual teachings and they're spiritual teachings that I use,

That I implement,

That have helped me a lot in this area.

When it comes to money stuff,

Something that I want to start with as well,

You know,

Often we can think about,

Well,

What's the amount that I want?

You know,

And I hear it often with business owners,

They'll say,

Well,

I want to create 10k months.

No,

I want to create 50k months.

No,

I want to create 100k.

And it's just,

It's like,

It's never ending,

Right?

There's always another level,

Level,

Level.

And what I recommend is to actually shift away from the number,

Which is,

It's great to have a goal,

Have your goal,

But it shouldn't be the primary focus.

In my opinion,

The goal with abundance should be,

I have more than enough money for everything I want,

Everything I need,

And more than enough left over.

And in my time working with many different light leaders,

I've seen that some people who are making 100k months are still,

Their expenses are 90k,

And they're still struggling to pay all the bills that they have.

And then I've seen people at 10k who feel so abundant,

Have so much,

And feel like they have everything they need,

Everything they want,

Right?

So don't get attached to a specific number thinking,

Well,

When I reach 50k months,

All my problems,

All my issues,

Everything's going to weigh,

I'm going to finally feel like I have enough,

Right?

Instead,

We want to focus on the feeling,

The experience of you have more than enough,

Everything you want,

Everything you need,

And more than enough left over.

Because then it doesn't matter how much is actually showing up each month on your bank account,

You're going to be abundant no matter what,

Right?

And that's,

It's a really powerful affirmation,

That one.

I love it.

I used it for many years.

I still do.

And there came a time as well where I felt like I had no time,

Right?

I was like,

Well,

I've got money,

But I've got no time.

So then I used that same one for time.

And then I was like,

Oh,

Everything's opened up again,

Right?

So I could have focused again with time on,

Well,

Let me work less.

And if I take this day off and do that day,

Instead,

I just focused on,

I have more than enough time for everything I want to do,

Need to do,

And more than enough left over.

And then my life actually began to feel that way.

So the reason why I talk about money,

And why I've created this episode today is because I've really,

Really want Lightworkers and Lightleaders to be abundant.

I think about the world that we would get to live in and experience if all Lightworkers and Lightleaders were abundant,

Right?

There are so many Lightworkers that are operating from a space of survival,

Fight or flight,

Scarcity,

Because they're thinking about how am I going to pay the bills?

I don't have enough money coming in.

It's creating such a state of fear that then it's hard to,

You know,

Activate your channel and do all the higher spiritual stuff because your actual lived experience is very different.

And it's actually really important for us to feel safe,

Health and be able to experience life from that state.

I also believe that there is a bit of a,

Let's say,

Agenda that wants to keep spiritual people not abundant,

Right?

It wants to keep spiritual people broke.

Because in our world,

The world we live in,

Money is resources.

That's a reality.

If you have money,

You have resources to do what you want,

To live how you want,

To live where you want,

To spend your time how you want,

To impact people how you want to,

Right?

And these resources are actually what gives us freedom and power.

And wouldn't it make sense then that there would be a desire from certain groups,

Certain people to keep spiritual people not having resources and power?

And that's why there are so many of these,

Oh,

Spiritual people shouldn't charge for money,

Spiritual people shouldn't want money.

It's like,

Okay,

Well,

What should they just struggle?

Should they just constantly be in a state of fight or flight,

Hoping that they're going to make their bills be met?

When in reality,

Spiritual people are doing the important work here and they're the ones that deserve to be financially compensated and financially abundant,

Right?

They're the ones who are brave enough to follow their sole purpose.

They're choosing to be aligned,

Operate from a heart space.

And I know that for a lot of you watching this today,

You might be like,

Oh,

Okay,

But the world would be a better place without money.

Yeah,

It probably would be.

But in our reality right now that you have chosen to incarnate,

There is money,

Right?

When we all ascend and go to the fifth dimension,

Great.

We probably won't have money,

Right?

There won't be a need for it.

But right now in our reality that you have chosen to live in,

There is money.

So you can see it as,

Great,

I'm in this game of life right now and there are certain energetic rules and I can choose to work with those rules to my advantage or I can be realistically a victim of the system,

Right?

Where I'm trapped in and I don't get to do what I want,

How I want and do what I came here to do because of how the system is set up.

So when I had my big spiritual awakening when I was a teenager and I kind of saw,

Well,

I had a big awakening.

I saw the world for what it was and it was very shocking to me.

And I realized that number one,

The most important thing is to be spiritually free.

That is the number one most important thing to know who you are,

What you came here to be,

That you are more than just this body.

You're more than just this life.

You are a beautiful,

Powerful,

Spiritual being.

That is the absolute number one thing,

Right?

And so I began to focus all of my energy channeling,

Meditating,

Energy work,

Connecting because I wanted to be the spiritual being so deeply connected,

So clear on my purpose,

So clear on my path,

Feeling anchored into it and feeling this certainty and this connection.

And I,

In my opinion,

I did achieve that.

And what then happened was like,

Great,

I'm the spiritual being.

I'm channeling every day.

I feel so connected and I'm having to work in a job that I don't like.

And I know my spiritual purpose and I can't really do it because I don't have money.

And I have to live in a place where I don't really feel that good energetically because I can't afford to live where I want to.

And I realized pretty quickly,

Oh shit,

If I actually want to live in full alignment with my soul,

Live the life that I actually desire and impact the people that I came into impact,

I need to become financially free too.

And it kind of became that,

Oh,

First spiritual,

Spiritually free,

And then secondly,

Financially free,

Right?

Because then it opens up to options.

The big thing that I see that money does for people,

People who are abundant is whenever you get a directive or instruction from your soul or spirit,

You can always say yes,

Right?

So for example,

One of my clients,

She's hosting a massive event,

Right?

I know a lot of you guys are going to attend that,

That's made for millions in Gold Coast and then in London.

To actually set up the event to do all the moving parts of it,

Costing a lot,

A lot of money.

But when it came through,

Very clearly from spirit,

That was the download,

Like you've got to run this event.

It was like,

Great,

Because I have money,

I can say yes and do this,

Right?

When spirit says,

Athena,

Run a YouTube channel.

I'm like,

Great.

I have the financial means and abundance to say yes to the directive that's given to me from soul or spirit.

And I know so many of you right now,

You might be in a job you don't like,

And you're like,

Well,

I know this isn't my sole purpose.

I want to be a healer.

I want to be a channel.

I want to be a practitioner.

I want to be a coach,

Whatever.

And you want to invest in with business coaches,

Or you want to fund your business,

Or you want to stop working at the job you are in so you can focus on that.

But you can't because you don't have money.

So the first thing to accept is for you to be in full soul alignment and follow every soul directive,

But the majority,

It's not every single person,

But 99% of you,

You have to be financially free,

Right?

And that's why I talk about,

It's not attached to a specific number.

Many of you don't need a million dollars a year to be in a state where you're financially free,

But you need to have enough money for everything you need,

Everything you want,

And more than enough leftover.

And that's going to be a different amount for everybody.

Because when you don't have that,

You're living in scarcity and there's always going to be unsafety.

And that is going to affect you spiritually.

There's this thing that's quite common where we see someone get successful,

Where they start making a lot of money or they become successful in whatever industry really.

But most often we see it with healers and spiritual people because there's a big tie to spirituality and making money.

You would never look at,

I don't know,

A doctor and go,

Ooh,

He's making so much money.

But we put it onto spiritual people because there's programming around that,

That wants to keep us without resources,

Without power.

And so we look at people who have created success in abundance and you always see that there's someone who says,

All they care about is money now.

All they care about is money now.

But it's actually the opposite.

The person that is commenting that is probably a person who is struggling financially,

Cannot pay the bills.

And they are thinking in their mind at least a few times a day,

How am I going to pay the bills?

How am I going to make money?

How am I going to get more clients?

It's there.

It's an energy that they're constantly thinking about.

So it's like,

Well,

They're the ones who are actually always thinking and caring about money.

When you get to a place of financial freedom and expansion,

It's not like you never think about money,

But there's an ease to it.

It's more relaxed and it's not something constant.

It's just there's a knowing that you're being financially supported and you can relax.

So actually the more financially abundant become,

The less you kind of think about money.

Now I want spiritual people.

I want light workers.

I want light leaders to be abundant,

To have means,

To have resources,

Because I know that money in your hands is going to change the world in the way that I want to see.

I know you're going to fund projects,

Organizations,

Create things,

Put things out into the world that are going to change the world for the better.

So I want money in your hands.

So I want to share with you some of the processes,

Techniques,

Learnings,

Understanding around money,

Around abundance that have ultimately helped me get to a place where I do feel quite abundant so that I can say yes to whatever I receive from soul or from spirit.

There are a lot of beliefs and programs,

Especially depending on where you live,

The cultural consciousness around it,

That if you're spiritual,

You shouldn't want money.

You shouldn't desire money.

You shouldn't even receive money,

Which we already know that's not true,

And we want to throw those beliefs out the window.

They're very harmful,

And all they're doing is they're keeping you small.

They're stopping you from impacting the amount of people having the impact that you came here to have.

Now there's a concept that when channeling with my guides that I've been introduced to,

And we call it the money resonance field,

Or the MRF,

Right?

You have a ton of different beliefs around money.

Some are positive,

Some are negative,

Right?

And positive,

Negative,

I mean,

Some bring you closer to what you want,

And some take you further away from what you want,

You know?

So looking at it from that lens.

You have beliefs,

Programs,

Patterns from your parents around money.

You have ancestral trauma,

Some of you,

Not all of you,

Around money.

You have past life stuff around money.

And for some of you,

You will have amazing ancestral patterns,

Beliefs about money.

Maybe you come from huge generational wealth,

And so that's actually serving you for the better,

Right?

Maybe in past lives,

You've already had massive lessons about abundance,

And you've lived many abundant lives.

And maybe you've had past life where you've taken scarcity or poverty vows,

And you haven't had money,

And there's been trauma.

So you have had all of these experiences,

Not just,

You know,

In your current life,

In your childhood,

From your parents,

Ancestral past life,

And also your cultural consciousness.

So where you live affects you and your relationship to money.

So for example,

In Australia,

We have a lot of tall poppy syndrome.

So what I often see with Australians is they start to make money,

And they're like,

Oh,

Nobody can know.

I've got to hide it.

Like,

People will,

You know,

Think less of me,

And there's a real,

Like,

Need feeling of,

Like,

I need to hide,

Or people are going to put me down.

And then I've also worked with,

You know,

Clients from India,

Where what I have seen for them,

There's a cultural consciousness about women being able to make as much money,

Right?

So we have cultural consciousness based on where we live,

Where we brought up,

The beliefs around that.

And from all of these different things,

Right,

It's beliefs,

Experience,

Emotions,

Feelings,

Wounds,

That creates this vortex of energy that is actually our money resonance field,

Right?

And the way I see it,

It's like an auric field around you that holds your money consciousness,

Right?

It's made up of all the experiences you have had with money,

And it creates this consciousness field that you are then attracting,

Right?

So the reality you are living financially at the moment is based on your money resonance field,

Right?

You might have a really high money consciousness,

So you're experiencing abundance.

You might have a really low money consciousness,

So you're experiencing more scarcity.

The great thing is we can heal,

We can change,

We can work through all of that stuff with money and create a money resonance field that brings us closer to actually what we desire.

And based on your current life,

You can have a look and go,

Okay,

Well,

What must I believe to have these experiences?

You know,

If there's constantly,

Oh,

I never have enough in my bank account,

There's never enough,

There's never enough,

There's definitely a belief of I never have enough.

And usually,

Always in your life,

If you are having any experience,

Not even just with money,

I don't have enough,

It's almost always coming back to I'm not enough somewhere,

Right?

It might be like I'm not enough to be loved,

I'm not enough to create abundance,

But it usually always comes down to I'm not enough.

So it's important to look at that belief too.

So the energy of money is responding to RMRF,

Right?

That dictates our experience.

And I'm someone who did not have a good money consciousness.

Like when I started my business,

I was getting paid $30 an hour at a like a part-time job.

And I started my healing sessions charging $40 an hour,

Right?

And I remember being stretched,

Like the idea of charging $80,

I was like,

Oh my God,

That's so much,

You know?

And then I remember I had my first business coach.

By that point,

I was charging $100 a session and she was like,

Double it.

I was like,

Double it.

Oh my God,

Like that's so much to ask.

And so I did not have a good money consciousness at all.

I definitely struggled with money feeling like I didn't have enough and I couldn't live the life I want.

And I really focused in on healing,

Shifting my beliefs,

Raising my money consciousness and my experience with money so that I could create enough abundance.

And something that I want to clarify here,

If you have a business,

Right?

If your business is your chosen vessel for money to come through,

Which is fine,

Whether it's your career or business,

It doesn't matter.

But for the purposes of this,

If you focus just on growing marketing and scaling your business,

It's not necessarily going to change how much money you make because money and business are separate,

Right?

And a lot of people forget that.

They're like,

Right,

Let me do all the marketing.

Let me do,

You know,

Invest in all the ads,

Do all these things.

And they have a big following.

They have a big database,

You know,

They're like,

Ooh,

Look how successful they are,

But they're struggling financially.

That's very,

Very common.

And then you have people who you look at,

You're like,

Oh,

They have such a small following,

You know,

Are they even successful?

And then they're making a lot of money because their MRF is on a much higher level than this person.

So for you,

Yes,

It's great that you're focusing on marketing,

Growing your business and all that,

But you need to be focused on money as its own unique area in your life.

Because if you're not,

Well,

You're leaving a lot of money on the table,

Right?

So it's very,

Very important to be connected with and working with money energetically.

There are two things that I want to talk about to support you with creating abundance and welcoming more money into your life,

Right?

The first thing that I really want you to get clear on and focus on is your stories and experience with money,

Right?

So your stories that you're telling yourself around money is the thoughts and emotions that you go through each day.

So as you're walking through life and let me give you an example,

You know,

Let's say you're going to the grocery store and you finish and you need to pay and you see how much it is and you get a constriction and you're like,

Oh my God,

That's so much money.

Oh,

This doesn't feel good.

And you pay,

Right?

That's a story and experience around money that you have.

One of the big things that I started to do when I first became conscious of all this money stuff,

Because that used to be me,

I used to pay and be like,

Oh my God,

This is so much money.

Oh,

Like it never felt good.

And I forced myself every time I went,

Even when I was feeling that way,

What I would do is I would go,

Oh,

I'm so grateful.

I'm so grateful that I've just bought all this incredible food.

That's going to nourish me,

Sustain me that,

And then I have money to pay for it.

Wow.

I am so grateful.

What a blessing.

I don't know what actually say that out loud in the store.

And then I'd pay and it completely changed.

It took a,

You know,

A few times,

But eventually I was like,

Wow,

Gratitude,

Not constriction of fear.

Right?

So your job is to start noticing where are you having these money experiences?

The other big one for me was when I used to open my bank account,

Right?

Cause I used to like,

I'd type in my password and I'd be like,

Oh,

Come on.

You know,

It's just the unpleasantness that came without the constriction.

And then I forced myself to change that.

So I'd be like typing it.

And that feeling would come up and be like,

Oh,

You know what?

I'm so grateful for however much money I have.

I'm grateful.

And I'm grateful for my abundant bank account.

And yeah,

Look,

It does feel a little bit about lying to yourself,

But you're changing the energy and the relationship that you're having to that experience.

And it does work within a few times that shifted.

And like,

I'm in a place now where I look forward to opening my bank account.

I'm like,

Yay,

You know,

This is nice and it's uplifting,

But it's years ago,

I was trying,

I had to create the feeling first before I had the experience,

Right?

Law of attraction manifestation 101.

It's embodying the feeling before you have the experience,

Right?

So starting to look at these experiences where you have a lot of negativity or constriction around money.

And then I want you to really begin to ask yourself,

What did my parents believe about money?

What was their experience with money like?

And for example,

I came from a family where my dad grew up in pretty bad poverty.

And there's stories about how dinner,

Shared can of baked beans with his sister.

It was not a good,

They didn't have money,

Right?

A lot of poverty.

And my dad worked really hard.

He worked really hard to create some stability with his income.

And so from him,

I got beliefs about,

I need to work hard.

I need to work hard to earn it,

To deserve it.

I don't just get to wake up and be abundant.

I have to work hard to earn it.

And that's a big one for a lot of people,

Especially if we have parents,

Grandparents who have had experiences of poverty,

Oppression of different things.

And we will have in our mind,

I have to work hard to be worthy,

To earn,

To make money.

And what I see with those people is they get to a certain point in their business where they're like,

I actually can't work any harder.

I can't sustain this.

If I want to keep growing,

I don't have enough time in the day to work harder.

So it is definitely one that needs to be shifted and changed.

And from my mother,

On the other hand,

My mother is,

She's Eastern European,

Very traditional Eastern European.

And for her,

She had the belief that a woman should stay home,

Look after the kids and not be so focused on her career.

That was her experience.

And while she did encourage me to follow my career and my path,

There was a part of me that internalized her experience.

And I didn't realize this until I hit 10K months in my business.

And I just kept getting,

Actually,

I think it was a 20K mark.

I kept getting stuck.

And I was like,

I can't break through.

There's something here.

And I had this intense channeling where I realized that I actually was telling myself stories that I couldn't earn more than my husband.

I couldn't make more because that would be unfeminine.

Like,

I couldn't be loved as a woman and make more money.

Right.

And it came from that paradigm.

So we don't realize how much we internalize it,

Even though consciously I rejected,

I was like,

Well,

I don't want to not have a career and not follow my joy and just,

You know,

My entire life,

Be my kids and family,

Which is great,

Amazing for you if it is.

But for me,

I was like,

I don't want that.

I want my passion.

So even though consciously I rejected it,

Unconsciously,

Subconsciously,

Was still a part of me that was operating at that level,

Which is why it's so important to look at what was your parents' experience?

What was their beliefs?

And then what are the stories that you're telling yourself about money?

Notice the thoughts that you're having day after day,

Like,

I don't have enough.

How am I going to make more?

What are those feelings and experiences?

And what you can start to do is you can start to list them out.

So write everything out,

Write it down,

Every experience,

And you're going to start to have a bit of a map,

A bit of an understanding of,

Well,

Great,

These are the limiting beliefs programs that I have that I need to shift.

And for you,

A big part of it will be healing,

Clearing and shifting and working through those limiting beliefs and programs to activate and hold more abundance,

Right?

Because you can do all the money manifestation,

Law of attraction,

Well,

But if you don't heal that stuff,

It's going to keep being blocked.

The healing is really,

Really important.

So that's the first thing.

The second thing you need to do is to begin working with the energy of money as part of your relationship,

Right?

So when we think about money,

99% of the world thinks of money as this physical thing,

Right?

It's physical currency,

But actually money is an energy.

There's an energetic aspect of it.

And there are actually multiple on different dimensions,

Multiple levels of money energetically.

The main thing to know about the energy of money is a neutral resource.

And in the physical aspect of it,

We have limitations,

Right?

Oh,

We can only have so much,

But energetically,

There's no limitations,

Right?

There is complete abundance for all when we're working energetically with it.

And so the thing that I would like for you to start doing is actually working with the energy of money,

Right?

And you might look at your credit card or have some money in front of you and go,

I love you.

I love you,

Which is great,

But we're connecting to the physical aspect of money.

What I would like for you to do is,

For example,

In a meditation,

Sit down when you're in your space and say,

I call upon the higher energy of money,

Right?

Just call upon the higher energy of money into your space.

And you might feel them come in.

You might not.

For some people,

It shows up feminine,

Masculine.

For some people,

It's neither or.

And just on that note,

When we're doing,

Because at the moment I'm teaching Emerald Wells Alchemy,

Which is my money program,

There are feminine and masculine aspects to money,

Right?

And for you,

You've actually got to be able to integrate both of these aspects,

The feminine aspects of money,

Which are the providing,

The being taken care of,

And the feminine aspects of money,

Which is magnetizing,

Calling in,

Receiving,

Because a lot of women have receiving blockages.

Both of those aspects are really important.

So sometimes when you're working with the energy of money,

It might show up more in a feminine or masculine energy,

Depending on what you need.

So when you call in the energy of money,

And what I want you to do is I want you to introduce yourself.

And I want you to say to money,

I'm so grateful for you.

I'm so grateful for everything you've brought into my life.

This roof over my head,

The food that I eat,

The water that I get to wash myself with every day.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you for all of this.

I'm so grateful.

And I'm ready to accept more of you into my life.

I'm ready to receive more of you in my life.

Money,

I'm so grateful to receive more of you in my life.

And what you can do is you can start to share about your goals,

Your visions,

With money and say,

Money,

This is how I want to impact the world.

This is a change I want to create in the world.

Money,

Please work with me to create these transformations and this change in this world.

I'm so excited to be in partnership with you to create this change in this world.

What if money was an energy that you got to partner with and be supported by to fulfill your purpose?

Very similar to your spirit guides,

Right?

Because money,

It's a higher dimensional energy that we can work with.

And once you start doing that and you shift the relationship with it,

Things start to change as well.

Because if you're going around every day and you're like,

Ah,

Money,

Money,

You're not going to have a good relationship with money.

Energetically,

Money is going to be like,

That person really doesn't like me.

I'm going to stay far away from them.

And in reality,

When you're like,

Oh,

Money,

I love you.

I'm so grateful coming to my life.

Money is going to flow to you.

Money is going to attract you.

Like even saying to yourself,

Money loves me.

Money loves my presence so much.

And I'm so grateful.

See it as a relationship that not only you get to fall in love with the energy of money,

But also money gets to fall in love with you and your mission.

And it's this beautiful relationship.

And as long as you're looking at money as like,

Oh,

It's a root of all evil.

And,

You know,

It's why people are poor and suffering.

The reality is even if we took away money today,

There would still be poverty and suffering.

So is it really money or is it the system we're set up in?

And if you look at the higher dimensional aspects of money,

Money to support you creating your impact,

Supporting you to live your most joyful,

Abundant life,

To create the impact,

To fund the projects that are going to change the world.

If you look at money from that perspective,

Money is such a gift.

And we're so grateful for money coming into our lives.

So you have a choice.

You get to say,

You know,

You can say,

I reject the entire system and I'm going to go live off grid,

Do everything for myself.

A lot of people do that.

Awesome.

And then there are a lot of us who are like,

Well,

I actually want to reach people in the system,

Which is me.

I'm here right now.

I'm like,

I want to speak to people who are still in it.

And to do that,

To thrive and leverage the system,

I need to create abundance.

And the great thing about it is it's all energy,

Right?

So you get to work energetically,

Spiritually to create and call in more abundance into your life.

So start connecting to money every day,

Call in money,

Have these conversations.

If you've really been mean to money in the past,

Maybe say you're sorry and say,

I'm sorry for how I've been speaking to you.

I didn't know any better.

And I'm ready for us to have a great relationship now.

So start having these conversations,

Opening up and accepting money into your life.

And when you do that,

Watch how things start to change and shift in your reality and in your life.

So beautiful soul.
