Welcome to this episode of Light Leaders Ascension School.

Today I'm going to be doing a trans-channeling for you,

So I'm going to be connecting to a higher dimensional being,

Channeling them,

They're going to be speaking through me to share wisdoms,

Teachings,

Activations,

Healings with you,

So you're going to see it in real time as I trans-channel,

It's going to be very different to the other episodes where you've heard me teaching and sharing,

This is going to be a fully channeled session.

So I'm going to take a few minutes now to close my eyes and get prepared,

It's going to be the being speaking through me.

Hello,

My name is Saskia,

And it is a pleasure to connect with all of you today.

At this moment in time,

I am living and originating from the Pleiadian star system.

My work has been predominantly focused on supporting the expression of other lifeforms across the galaxies who require assistance with expression.

True or original expression,

As I refer to it,

Is when there is no dissonance between a soul and its authentic expression.

There is no filtering,

There is no disconnect,

Rather expression is directly from the soul,

The deepest and fullest authentic soul expression.

This original expression is something that us in the Pleiadian star system have spent a long time learning and mastering,

And many of us are now focused on being of service to other beings across the universe,

Across the galaxies,

To assist them with authentic original expression.

Many Pleiadian beings are working with humanity and humans because what we can offer is of great assistance to humanity.

For many,

Many millennia,

The humans and Pleiadians have worked side by side,

Even though many humans have forgotten our interwoven journey where we have assisted each other.

We are like brothers and sisters assisting each other in our journey,

And even though the Pleiades have evolved at a faster speed than humanity,

We are now of assistance to humanity in as many ways as we can be as possible.

My intention in coming through today is guiding you through your original expression.

For many humans,

There is so much constriction and so much filtering that prevents them from being authentically expressed,

And this then creates a life that is in dissonance or not in resonance with the soul.

A true,

Soul,

Authentic expression requires there to be no filtering and no judgment.

However,

It is something that for many thousands of years,

For humans,

Has been encouraged over and over again to silence themselves,

To be careful of what they say and what they share for fear of consequence,

To hide their truth for fear of exclusion or judgment or negative consequence.

And many of you listening today have had lifetimes where you were punished for sharing certain information or teachings that were original expressions and had such severe negative consequences that now in your life you find yourself struggling to speak your truth or be an original expression because there is still this memory of negative consequence.

And humanity has much sickness around the throat and the throat chakra.

Many humans have throat infections and issues with their jaw and tonsils and lungs,

All which connect to the throat,

Which holds the key to original expression.

For many humans,

Because there is such a holding back or holding in,

It creates harm in the throat chakra.

In fact,

Whenever a being verbalizes something that is not in full truth,

It creates an energetic mark almost like a scar or a lowering of the vibration of the throat chakra.

When you are asked in your culture,

How are you today?

When you respond in a way that is not of truth,

When you say,

I'm good,

Even though you are not good,

Even though you are struggling with something,

You have just responded in a way that is not of original expression and it constricts and lowers the vibration of your throat.

When this is compounded day after day,

Month after month,

Year after year,

Combined with not being able to express your true desires,

Your true needs,

Your true feelings,

There is so much constriction in the throat chakra that the idea of authentic expression or original expression directly from the soul becomes a distant and unachievable idea.

For majority of humans,

Healing the throat is required.

Releasing that which is not in alignment,

That is being held in the throat,

And then making conscious awareness of choosing to only express what is in full truth.

Even a lie to appease someone else creates energetic harm to you.

You can be loving and truthful,

And in fact,

When all of humanity can be loving and truthful,

Many of the issues that humans face will simply disappear and not be relevant anymore.

So becoming conscious and choosing to express only that which is loving truth will begin to change your life and your ability to originally express yourself.

And then the third step is to begin inviting your soul to speak,

To express itself,

And to be in full harmony and attunement with your truth,

With your soul level understanding.

My intention in coming through and connecting with you today is to support in opening these channels of original expression.

It is only you who can choose to be in loving truth in your daily expression and daily words.

However,

I can be of assistance at this time by guiding you into your original expression.

With this process today,

I will take you through a series of steps to assist you in connecting to your original expression.

And you can then use these steps each day when you desire to be in your fullest soul expression.

So to begin this process,

You can close your eyes.

And as your eyes close and you enter into your internal world,

You can begin to notice and see what you are experiencing internally.

What you are experiencing internally.

What is happening at this moment in your body,

In your energy system,

In your emotions.

Letting your breath guide you deeper into this connection of self.

Many humans on earth at this time seek to disconnect from this by entertainment and by using the technology to not acknowledge what is happening and occurring in their internal world.

So as you breathe into your internal world,

Begin to intuitively move into your soul,

The deepest,

Most divine part of you,

The aspect of you that is eternal.

This is something that is innate to you and you have an ability intuitively to connect in.

To connect in.

So as you breathe in,

Tuning in now to where you intuitively feel this soul connection.

As you locate and feel this spark within you,

Call it forward now.

Divine spark within me.

I call you forward now and let the energy rise and come forward.

And as you sit with this energy,

Notice that there is a message for you,

That this part of you wants to communicate with you.

There is a message that your soul has for you now.

And let yourself listen,

Acknowledge and tune into this message.

And as you receive this message,

I invite you to speak it.

As you express what you receive from your soul,

You are aligning your throat chakra to your soul,

Creating a channel for original expression.

So the message that you hear from your soul,

Speaking it now out loud.

And as soon as you do this,

Your throat chakra begins to resonate at the level of your soul.

And whilst this might seem minor,

It is also quite minor to daily speak.

Out of alignment with the truth,

When you are asked how you are,

And you respond in a way that is not of truth.

It is also minor,

But there is a compound effect that happens.

And when you are in your soul,

And you invite your soul to express through you,

It has an effect on your throat chakra.

And your throat chakra begins to resonate at the vibration of your soul.

And each time you do this,

Every day that you do this,

It begins to move more and more into a higher vibrational frequency.

It begins to resonate with your soul and becoming a channel for your soul,

A channel for your soul,

A speaker for your soul,

Becomes to,

Begins to happen naturally and occur spontaneously.

And over time,

There's no need for inviting anymore,

Because your soul is present and expressing itself through you.

And whilst this is a very easy and small technique that you can use daily,

If all of humanity did this every single day,

Many of your throat chakras would heal.

And many of the issues humanity face would begin to fall away.

And this first step is allowing whatever wants to be expressed.

But you can also begin to ask more specific questions.

So what direction do I need to take in life?

Soul is this aligned for me?

And as you ask,

And you invite your soul to express itself through your throat,

You can also begin to receive guidance.

So now I invite you to do this,

To say to your soul that divine spark within you.

Soul,

What direction do I need to take in my life right now?

Let yourself receive whatever the message is.

And verbalize it now.

And verbalize it now.

Speak it out loud to let it move through your throat chakra.

Your voice is the connection between higher dimensions and this reality.

So speak what you are receiving from a higher vibrational frequency into this world.

Original expression is of a soul resonance.

And it begins to guide you into a life that is resonant with your soul.

Practice this technique every day if you can.

And it will assist you in your evolution of your soul.

And it will assist you in your evolution as a spiritual being with a unique soul purpose.
