Welcome to this episode of Light Leaders Ascension School.

I'm Athena Bailey,

Your host,

And today we are talking all about the higher energetics and the higher self of your offerings.

So I first want to preface this by saying,

When I say offering,

It is whatever you are putting out into the world.

So for example,

It might be a course,

It might be a program,

You might be doing sessions,

You might be creating art of some kind,

Right?

So it's not just,

Oh,

I don't have a program,

So I don't have an offering.

No,

Your offering is whatever you are contributing to the world,

Contributing to others,

Putting out there,

Right?

Even if it is like you're creating song or you're creating mugs,

Those are still your offerings,

Right?

It is what you are putting out into the world.

And your offerings,

Your programs,

Courses,

Sessions,

Art,

Have a higher aspect to them,

Right?

That we need to be working energetically with to ensure that it's being expressed how it wants to be expressed,

It's reaching the people who it needs to reach,

Because you have so many clients,

Right?

You literally have people who are contracted to receive your work.

There are people out there who are like,

When are they going to start living their sole purpose so I can get the work that my soul has said at this time I will receive it from them,

Right?

So when we say soulmate clients,

We're not just talking about an ideal client.

We're literally saying that there is an agreement made between our higher selves for there to be an exchange of work and exchange of codes to support the spiritual development.

So when I say soulmate clients,

I don't just mean ideal client,

Right?

So you have this beautiful offering that you're bringing out into the world.

Maybe you do,

Maybe you don't.

Today,

We'll talk about that as well,

How you can actually bring it out into the world too.

And it has this higher aspect to it.

Now,

I just like to call it the higher self of the offering,

Because energetically,

That's what it is.

If we look at an offering here in this world,

Right?

Let's talk about Channeling Spirit Academy.

It's this beautiful program that's been put into the world,

You know,

Changing lives,

Doing its thing.

But it's more than just this program.

There is a higher energy,

A higher energetic aspects to Channeling Spirit Academy.

So when we're looking at the quantum realms and the energetic realms,

What is actually happening is there are these codes,

These energies,

These frequencies that represent offers,

Right?

And those codes,

Frequencies,

Energies choose the human they want to come through to.

So when you are sitting down and you get a bolt of inspiration,

You get an idea,

Oh,

I'm going to run in this event,

Or I'm,

Oh my God,

I'm going to write about a book about this.

That's not you just pulling it out of thin air.

That is the energy of that offering choosing you.

The specific energy that comes through that offering,

Right?

Because your offerings are not just,

Right?

When you write a book,

It's not just a book.

It is an energetic transmission.

You are putting your energy to it.

You are coding it.

It is creating a transformation in the world.

And energetically,

That's what we're working with.

There's not just words,

Right?

A song isn't just sound,

Right?

There's an energy behind it.

Same with an offering.

There's an energetic transformation and transmission that is occurring.

And that energetic transmission chose you.

That's literally what happened.

Your offering is a higher energetic being that has chosen you.

It's gone,

Right?

I need to express myself into this physical world,

Into this physical reality.

Because humanity needs this energy,

Needs these codes,

Needs these transmissions at this time,

Right now.

And it goes,

Now who's a human that's going to be the vessel for this codes?

It goes,

Ah,

That one.

I'm going to come to you.

And then it lands in your energy.

That's why when I'm working with someone and,

You know,

I'm looking at their business,

I can feel and see if there's an offer that wants to come through.

Because they will literally be sitting in their energy field,

Kind of like a spirit baby.

Where they're literally,

Like,

They're pregnant with the offering,

Right?

And they might not even know it yet.

But it's chosen them.

And it's sitting there and it's like,

Okay,

Well,

When are they going to say yes to me?

When can I come through?

And express itself.

So I'll say,

Hey,

Look,

This is offering that wants to come through.

This is what it is.

This is what it's about.

And oftentimes,

They already feel it.

They're like,

Yeah,

I've been having these ideas about this and feeling it.

But what will keep them held back is,

Oh,

But I don't know if I'm ready.

Or I don't know if I'm good enough.

And all these other things.

That offering chose you.

Because it said,

Out of all the people in the world,

You are the person who is the best fit.

The best match for me to share my energies through.

Your offer chose you to be its caretaker.

And what that means is,

Well,

It is a co-creation,

Right?

Yes,

It is your offering.

And you are birthing it through.

But you are co-creating it.

So this offering chose you.

And you are literally co-creating with this program,

Right?

Or this offering.

Or whatever it is that you have agreed to bring through.

Now,

That's the thing.

When the offering says,

Hey,

I want you.

You'll get an idea.

You might just be walking along.

And you go,

Oh my god,

I should run an event about this topic.

Whatever,

Right?

You have in that moment a choice.

You can say,

Fuck yes.

I'm going to run an event about that.

Yay.

Yes.

Oh,

That's so exciting.

And the offer goes,

Great.

They've accepted.

Let's come through.

And then what happens is you get coded by the energy of the offering,

Right?

So this is very normal.

Because what happens is there's an energetic transmission from that offering.

Whatever it is,

Right?

Because you need to receive it first.

You need to hold the energy of that offering first.

You receive all the codes,

All the energy of it first.

And that's where we go for upgrades.

I always say we get initiated by our offerings,

Right?

So whatever.

I know that if I'm running.

Like I'll give you an example,

Right?

Because it was quite recently that I held Emerald Wealth Alchemy,

Right?

And I knew coming up to it,

I was going to be initiated into a higher level of working with money.

Because whatever offer.

And I received that offer energetically.

Was told to do it.

That this is the right time.

I said,

Yes,

Great.

I started to receive it.

Feel the energy of it.

And we get initiated by it.

So even if,

You know,

My money,

Financial stuff.

I think I'm pretty good with all of that.

However,

You still get initiated to another level.

So I went for big initiation around money.

While I was,

Well,

Just before I was launching it.

Learning how to hold more money,

Call in more money.

Like I had all this stuff around money come up in my life.

And I was like,

Wow,

Okay.

And I was navigating that.

And then on the other side of it,

I then had my highest cash month ever.

While I was preparing to launch that program.

And I was like,

This is the money initiation.

With this program that I'm doing,

Right?

So your offering as it comes in,

As you say yes to it.

You're going to be initiated by it.

So whatever the topic is about.

You're going to go through that in your own life to a higher level.

So let's say you're going to run an event about manifestation.

You're going to get initiated to deeper manifestation work.

Maybe it'll come up as a challenge.

And you'll be like,

Wow,

I need to manifest this.

And then you'll receive things.

And be taught things.

And shift into a higher level of embodiment.

Because we're working with energy,

Right?

So you receive the energy of it when you say yes.

And then it's like you're pregnant with that offering,

Right?

And it's literally preparing.

So you're receiving it.

And this is where we have upgrades.

And we can feel like,

Wow,

I'm getting so much energy coming through this offering.

I just need to sit.

Let it all come through.

And we can have the symptoms of an upgrade.

Because we are literally pregnant with the offering.

It's coming through.

We're holding it.

We're preparing to expand it.

It's growing within our field.

Until then,

We say,

Great.

Now I'm going to put it out into the world.

And for some people,

That's quite quick.

And for other people,

They need to hold it.

Be with it for a little bit longer.

Now,

The other option is when you get that inspiration.

That,

Ooh,

I have an idea to run this.

The offer picks you.

You can go,

No,

Actually,

I don't want to do that.

No worries.

The offer will leave and go find someone else.

It's fine.

You can say no,

Right?

It's like when a spirit baby chooses you.

I've seen people who don't want to have children who have spirit babies.

They get to say,

The spirit baby goes,

Oh,

My God.

I would love you to be my mother or father.

Because you have the exact soul lessons,

Experiences that I need.

You're not obligated to birth through that child just because it's chosen you.

You get to say,

No,

Thanks.

I actually don't want kids,

Right?

You get to say,

No,

Thanks.

I don't want that offering.

No worries.

There's no offense,

No anger,

No nothing,

Right?

I've said no to stuff too before.

However,

There is a space in between the yes and no where people get really stuck.

And I see issues come up around this,

Right?

Now,

This is when you receive the idea.

So let's say you're walking and you're like,

Oh,

My God,

I should run this event.

Wow,

That sounds great.

I'm going to do that.

And so you kind of agree to it,

Right?

And then you don't give it any time.

You don't give it any space.

You don't check in.

You don't talk to the offering.

You're just like,

Oh,

I'm too busy.

I'll do it in a month.

The offering goes,

Okay.

Okay,

We'll wait a month later.

You're like,

I still feel like I should run that event.

But I can't right now.

I've got too much on.

I can't handle it.

I don't want to do it.

Right now is not a great time.

You know what?

I'll check back in maybe towards the end of the year.

End of the year comes.

You go,

Oh,

My God,

This year has been so hectic,

So full on.

You know what?

I want to focus on this project first right now.

I'll do that event a little bit later.

And they just keep pushing it back and pushing it back and pushing back.

Now,

The thing about this offering is it shows you at the specific time it needed to come to Earth.

So,

Yeah,

You can put it off for a bit.

But if you keep putting it off,

You keep putting off,

It's not going to stay with you forever.

And what's going to happen if you don't take action on that offering,

It's going to go find someone else.

So you might have this amazing,

Incredible idea,

But you're not giving it any time.

You're not working with it.

You're not sitting with it.

You're doing nothing.

Eventually,

The offer is going to go,

Okay,

But we need to come through to Earth.

And if we can't come through to you,

We're going to find someone else.

And that's what it does.

Then it'll go and find another human,

And that human will get the idea.

And then a few months later,

You might see someone else doing your idea,

And you'll be like,

What?

But that was my idea.

Yeah,

Like two years ago,

But you didn't do anything with it.

So that's where we want to be really careful.

When you get an idea or an inspiration,

If you're not saying,

Yes,

Oh,

My God,

I'm going to action this right now and in the next month start to create it,

Or you're saying,

No,

I don't want to,

If you're not doing either of those and you say,

This sounds good,

I want to do this,

And right now I can't,

You need to get very clear on when you can do it.

So when that offer comes through,

You say,

Well,

Right now,

I feel like there's too much of my calendar.

So how about I come back to this in two months?

And then you actually,

Your thing,

The offer will say,

Great,

Let's do that.

And you actually need to create space in your calendar,

In your life,

In your schedule to birth through that offering,

Right?

Because what happens when we want to bring through an offering?

And the next step is we actually have to sit with the offering.

We have to sit down and go,

All right,

Offering,

I'm calling you in.

How do you want to come through?

How do you want to be shared through the world?

What wants to come through?

And you'll start to get all this inspiration and downloads and ideas.

The offering is coming through,

Right?

And we have to allow it space.

It actually needs space to come through.

And you need to schedule that space to come through.

When I've got a new offering that wants to come through,

I'll block out a whole day.

Sometimes I've done like multiple days.

I've taken myself for a retreat and I'm just like,

All I'm going to do is download this offering that wants to come through.

So you need to give it time and space to come through.

Now,

If you already have an offering,

Right?

Maybe you've got some courses,

Programs,

Services,

Sessions,

Containers,

Whatever it is that you are offering and are sharing with the world that has already chosen you and it has a higher self.

And the best thing that you can do is connect to the higher self and the energy of that offering.

So basically what you need to do is you need to sit down and call in the higher self of your offering.

So let's say Channeling Spirit Academy,

Right?

I'll say,

All right,

I'm calling in now across time and space.

I call upon the higher self,

The energy of Channeling Spirit Academy,

Right?

Now,

Channeling Spirit Academy has been around for years.

It's taken hundreds of people through it.

And there's a lot of energy to it.

So the energy of Channeling Spirit Academy is going to be really big compared to a recent offer,

One that's only just come through,

Right?

So the energy of it is much bigger and stronger.

So you'll also notice that with your older offers versus your newer offers.

Now,

What happens?

Channeling Spirit Academy,

Energetically,

The offer shall also give you the name when you connect to it,

When you receive it.

You should also receive the name energetically for how it wants to be called.

But as the energy of that offering comes in,

It's also an energetic being and it also has its own evolution,

Right?

So when we talk about co-creating,

It means that the Channeling Spirit Academy that I birthed and created eight years ago,

It's not the same Channeling Spirit Academy that I'm sharing right now.

Because every few months I would sit down and go,

Channeling Spirit Academy,

How do you want to come through?

How do you want to support humanity?

How do you want to shift?

What do you want me to add?

How do you want me to change things?

And I would listen and follow the guidance of how it wanted to come through and be shared into the world.

And if I didn't,

The energy of it would just stop.

People wouldn't buy it and it just wouldn't land.

The offering evolves because the energetic being who is the offer evolves,

Right?

So that's really important to be open to.

If you've got like a program that you're continually selling,

It will continue to evolve with you and you need to be having these team meetings with a higher self of the offering.

So whether it's a new offering or whether it's an existing offerings,

The same way that you meet with your,

If you have a team,

Your virtual assistant,

Your OBM,

Whatever,

The same way that you might meet with your spirit guides,

You also need to be meeting with the higher self and the energies of your offer,

Right?

Of your entire business,

Actually.

Your business has a higher self,

But that's another episode for another day.

But your offering has this energy and you need to sit down and go,

The questions you need to ask are,

Are you coming through in the way that you want to right now?

How do you want to help humanity?

What is it that you actually want to transform and create on earth?

Do you,

The length of time,

You know,

Do you want to be six months,

12 months,

Two months?

How do you want to come through?

What is the soulmate client that is a match for you?

Because guess what?

You've got these contracts with certain people to bring through.

So this offering has a soulmate clients that you can connect to.

And when you're working with this offer,

You can also say,

How do we get in front of the ideal soulmate client?

How can we connect to the soulmate client that we most need to connect to?

Right?

So you can have all these conversations and co-create a course and a program.

And you need to see yourself as a caretaker,

Like you do with a child.

You know,

You're here to nurture it,

Look after it,

Create a space for it to grow,

But it will have a life of its own.

And if Channeling Spirit Academy says to me,

I'm done,

I say,

Okay,

I can't control it.

It doesn't,

Like it's,

Yes,

It's mine,

But also it is an energetic being that is sovereign and free.

And if the energy was like,

We're done,

We're complete,

There's nothing else here.

I have to respect that and listen to it,

Right?

Because we're co-creating energetically.

And when we co-create and work with a program this way,

We can also strengthen and program the energy that people perceive or experience when you're marketing the program,

Right?

So when people see Channeling Spirit Academy,

When they look at the pages or anything,

They're feeling the energy of it.

And I've set up,

Gridded,

Activated the energy of a program because I've worked with the higher self of the offering in a way that the soulmate clients who are matched for it are gonna feel it.

They're gonna feel the energy of it,

And they're gonna be like,

Ah,

Yes,

This is for me because the energy of it is strong,

Right?

And that's what people,

Their intuition is ultimately pulled for.

If they're a match to it,

They're gonna feel their intuition going off.

So you can set up the energy of the offering to work that way too.

And I want you to think about,

Are there team meetings that you need to have with your offering?

And if this is really important,

If you're finding that your offering just isn't selling,

You need to go and sit down and go,

What am I missing?

What am I doing that's,

You know,

I need to change,

It's not right here.

Should be channeling all of the offerings,

Right?

If you're already a channel,

This is probably gonna come quite a bit easier for you.

If you're not a channeler,

You'll probably have to learn some techniques for how to channel unless you have someone do it for you.

If so,

If you're wanting to channel,

I recommend channeling Spirit Academy because it's gonna teach you how to communicate.

And the energy of your offer,

The energy of your business are other beings that you can actually channel and work with,

Which is where the channeling part can be really,

Really important.

The one thing that I am really gonna recommend for you to do whether you channel your offering or not is to begin to shift how you see your programs,

How to see your offerings and look at them.

You know,

Let's say maybe you have two courses that you're doing,

To have a look at them,

Connect to them and call in the higher self.

I call in the higher self of this offering to be here with me now.

There are,

There are like our children into this world that we share and we nourish and we take care of.

So give your offerings love if you haven't yet.

It's really,

Really important.

And maybe you're in a place where you're like,

I wanna download a new offering.

I wanna create a new offering.

I wanna have an idea.

I'm like,

I want something.

My recommendation for you is in meditation,

Really do make sure you're in a nice settled space.

Call in your spiritual team,

Your guides,

Your angels and say,

I'm open and I'm connecting into the quantum realm of higher energetic beings and energetic offerings.

And I am open and ready to receive a program,

Course,

Service,

Whatever it is.

If you're a songwriter,

Maybe a song.

If you're a writer,

Then maybe a book idea.

If you create courses,

Maybe a course,

Right?

Be specific.

I'm ready to receive an idea for a new program that needs to come through me and into the world today.

I'm ready to receive the programs that are a match for me.

Thank you.

And then I want you to go and live your life.

And just the second you get a little,

Sometimes it might be like a bolt where you're like,

Oh my God,

I have to do this.

Right?

Sometimes it's like that,

But other times it's like a,

Hey,

Maybe you should run this program.

And as soon as you feel that,

You go,

What was that?

You're here.

All right,

Cool.

And you connect in straight away and you tune into the energy of it and you sit with it.

I really want you to see your business,

Not as just this.

Here's an offering.

Here's a program.

You are an energetic being,

A spiritual being who has a sole purpose to fulfill and to help humanity.

You have soul gifts that you are using that need to be activated fully for you to express the sole purpose that you are here to share.

And you have soulmate clients who are not just your ideal clients,

They're literally people who have soul contracts with you for you to fulfill what you came here to do.

And you are often doing that by working with higher energetic beings whose energy and transmission is creating a transformation and it is being done through these offerings.

So you're seeing it as.

.

.

It's all energy.

It's all quantum energetics.

And I am a big believer of being around people,

Being in their presence is activating and it does change and shift you.

And it's really important that you know how to work with energy and that they've set it up that way.

So yes,

I do pay to be in the room with people that I want to be like because I want to be around their energy and receive it.

But when you are someone who is conscious of energetic exchange and codes exchanging and have set up your offerings to be energetic transmissions as well,

Which is something that I teach and I do,

You are receiving it energetically.

So for example,

If somebody signs up for Channeling Spirit Academy,

Even before they sign up for it,

They're already getting the transmission of energy.

Sorry,

As soon as they sign up for it,

They're entering into the energy,

Energetic container for it.

There is an energetic container.

It's not just,

Well,

I'm going to watch the videos and then I'm going to start.

I'm going to join the calls and then I'm going to start.

No,

The second you invest into it,

You become part of the energetic container and you begin to receive the transmission or the energy of that container,

Right?

And that's where the transformation begins.

That's why people straight away are like,

Wow,

I'm already having downloads or insights.

Oh my God,

This is already shifted.

Maybe you've experienced that before.

Like you signed up for something,

You didn't even do anything and there's already changes energy coming in,

Right?

And with my programs,

I set it up that way.

I work with the energetic offering and I create this container and grid that is activated when you sign up for it.

So there is an energetic exchange transmission coding that is creating the transformation,

Right?

Because I want transformation not just to give you information.

That's not really enough,

Especially in this day and age.

We can get any information.

We need to create transformation.

Transformation is the majority of time as it's done energetically,

Right?

And obviously like there's healing,

There's activations and there is teachings that is important,

But we want to create and facilitate transformation.

Because energy is important and it's how you receive.
