Hi, Beautiful soul. Welcome to Light Leader Ascension School. I'm so excited because today I've got beautiful Alex Tribod. Hi Ben. Who is not only a Sunway client, She's been one of my coaches for many years, One of my closest friends, And I'm so excited to be able to share her with you today. Thank you for being here. So obviously if you've been following me, You've probably seen Alex Tribod in my space in my world. Cause I talk about her so much and obviously she's one of my closest friends. I deeply believe in the work she's here to do. It's helped, Like, I don't, I wouldn't have grown to seven figures. I wouldn't have been able to create the business I have without her. So I'm so deeply passionate about what it is that she shares, Does. She's so deeply in the embodiment of what she does. Yes. She's all about manifestation. Yes. She's all about frequency and all about quantum business. So Alex, If you can introduce a little bit about yourself to our audience. I mean, How do I take it from there? I actually just want to reflect back to Athena as well, But to you, My love, Like. Thank you. And also I would never have been able to scale to more seven figures without you. So I love the energetic transmission and swapping and sharing of codes. Yeah. Yeah. A little bit about me. I have a almost sick obsession with vibration and quantum physics. The other day I was over at Athena's house and you know, I was staring at her photo of Albert Einstein and uploading his codes and Athena's like, I think you're a professor, Like you're literally here as a reincarnation potentially to actually not just be a mad scientist, But actually apply it to life and actually live an incredible life. And this is what I'm obsessed with. I'm obsessed with helping incredible heart-centered entrepreneurs, Light-leaders, Starseeds really, Um, Create the most incredible mind-blowing movie. What I mean by movie is your hologram, Your simulation, Your matrix is the matrix is fluid. And so it's very important that we understand how we are creating our reality. And so I love to blend, Not just the science, Not just the spirituality behind it, That's great, But also understanding it and backing it with science, Because that's going to actually allow a lot of people to then take their minds on the journey as well as their souls. And they're going to be more likely to actually implement it. So that's my obsession. And when I co-create and implement all the magic that Athena shares as well, It's like magic. And Alex has also a lot of skills with business, With beliefs, With scaling, With content, There's so many things. And she's going to be sharing some of that with us today. And look, If I'm honest, You know, I do feel like our relationship is the embodiment of like 5D, Soul sisterhood, Soulmate client-ship, Because it's just this beautiful, Consistent exchange of codes. I help her in her soul purpose. She pays me, I pay her. Respect her. It's just amazing. Yeah, I think it's beautiful. I love you so much. Um, So let's get into our content today. So we're going to get straight into it because the first thing that we want to cover with you is an offer suite. Now, Alex Tripod, Would you be so kind as to explain what exactly an offer suite is? Yeah. So when we look at an offer suite, It's really looking at having aligned products that are really in alignment with the message that you're here to share. And then unapologetically being relentless about being loud and proud about it. I call it Simbering your offer, You know, Hold it up like it's Simba, Right? So everyone can see what I see so many people do is they have this incredible offering and they try and do a launch and it doesn't sell immediately. And then they make it mean that it's on alignment where the reality is all you really need is one incredible offer. You know, The reality is I scaled my business and within two and a half years to my first $120, 000 cash month. Yeah. Um, Within two and a half years from one offer that was two and a half thousand dollars, And it was a VIP option of $4, 000. So when we look at an offer suite, All you have to make sure is, Is it the embodiment of your obsession, Your wisdom, Your courage, Your skillset? Because again, Like we hear these things like people buy you. So you want it to be an encapsulation of you and the, And your expertise. A hundred percent. And you've got to think about like, What is it that I want to be known for? What is my sole purpose? What is my gift? What do I want to be known for? And to create a program that's not just about giving information, But facilitating a powerful transformation to your soulmate client. And if you can create a powerful offer like that, You don't need to every month be launching something new. I've been teaching Channeling Spirit Academy for, I think almost over eight years now, Right? It, Yes, It's shifted. It's grown with me, But that's my thing. That's what I'm known for. That's what I've had hundreds and hundreds of students go through. That's what is my baby. And it's not going anywhere, Right? That, And when you're connected to your offer like that as well, Your offer is an energetic being. It chooses you. It goes, Yes, You're the human I want to work with to bring through. So you're the vessel for your offering. And not only that, Your offer will then actually birth through you the correct marketing content and free offerings and webinars and challenges and things for you to then give a free taste to your audience to then drive traffic to that offering. So once you get your offering right, This is where business becomes a lot easier instead of like jumping from one thing to another, To another, Because just when people get used to, Oh, So-and-so, She offers so-and-so, What we see a lot of people do is switch to another thing and switch to another thing and people get confused and a confused audience will not buy your thing. Yes, Yes, A hundred percent. And if you're constantly changing and you're not certain to it, It's also energetic. You really got to tune in and go, What am I here to do? And I, Who am I here to serve, Right? And focus on creating that one exceptional world-class, Like it's got to be a fucking good offer. If it's not incredible and people aren't lining up, Giving you testimonials because it's been that incredible, There's some work to do with the offer. Try again. We love you, Tina. That's what I mean. This is where Athena comes in and helps you get in alignment. Okay. The second thing. No, It's perfect. Oh, Try again. I said try again. Try again. Try again. Oh, I'm going to try again. We love your passion, Girls, Babe. So the second thing. The second one. On this one, I like, I cannot say enough. Yeah. All right. Your ability. Your ability to be courageous enough to not just listen and receive your sold downloads, But actually execute on them no matter how crazy they seem is going to literally be your fast track accelerator to your seven figures, To your millions. You know, I know for me, It's like, I've had downloads that didn't even make sense. I'm like, Just catching your breath. And so I was like, Australian tour. I'm like, What? Seven days later, I've got a landing page ready with nine cities, Tickets are selling literally every, Like 70% of tickets are sold in every state. And this is like the execution, Idea to execution, Idea to execution. A lot of the time we're receiving these ideas, But we're just letting them be there. We're taking our damn ass time. The key is to actually execute it while it's alive. Oh, And this is with all the people that I have worked with over the years, Right? Honestly, There are so many things that count to someone's success. But if I say, Look, This is 100% solar line, It's coming really strongly from Spirit. The person's like, Yes, I'm so excited. I want to do this. Yes, Yes, Yes. Week later. I'm like, How's it going? I haven't started. Another week. A month. It's like, Well, When are you going to do it? When Alex started to work me, I'd be like, All right, Spirit is telling you to collect your entire mastermind. Yeah. I was like, Doing your offering. She's saying like, Do this. And she'd be like, And the next day I'd be like, Hey, Alex, How are you doing? Oh, I've done. I've created a landing page. And I'd be like, Oh, Jesus, Her ability to say yes and do the action and not create all this time because these ideas, They're also like choosing us. So if from the Spirit realms, They say, Bring this through, Whether that's an offering, A free event, A book, Whatever. If you fuck around and say, Oh, I'm all, I'm all, They're like, No, This needs to come through onto Earth. We chose you. If you're not going to bring it through onto Earth, We'll find someone else to bring it through. And then someone else gets the same download and they do it. And then you're browsing social media and you're like, I want to do that, But you didn't. You need to say yes. And that requires courage. It does. Because Alex is, You'll hear her preach about this all the time. Courage, Courage, Courage codes. I think it's interesting because I know the next one we wanted to talk about soul alignment with soul purpose, Which is your jam, But I feel like this is going to beautifully lead into seven figure energetics. Because if you aren't embodied in the self-concept and the seven figure belief systems of someone who can execute the downloads, Then it's the, These ideas are going to say ideas. And so the third one for me is it's a, It's seven figure beliefs and seven figure energetics, Meaning from the day dot, I decided that making my frequency, My number one priority was literally the key to my success. And so I started conditioning myself emotionally to feel like that person on the stage in front of a thousand people to feel like I'm already doing 20, 30, 100 K months. So it was a daily conditioning practice to feel like that person already. So I'm talking about your identity because identity creates reality. If you still hold the identity of someone that's a broke healer or someone that's just capped at 10 K months and it's hard, Then you're not going to be an energetic match to 100 K cash months ever. So it's all good and well to have the offer and the this and the courage, Sorry, Not the soul downloads, But you will never have the courage to execute on the soul downloads. The reason I do is because I'm obsessed with rewiring, Recoding, And like shifting my identity pretty much every single year to match the next level that my team are telling me I'm ready for apparently. Right? Because we're always evolving. It's a spiritual and energetic journey. And there are a few core beliefs that I'm like, If you don't have, You're not going to grow. So let's say your goal is to hit seven figures. The core beliefs you want to make sure you have is I'm safe to scale to seven figures. So safe. I am safe. I am worthy. I'm worthy of scaling to seven figures. I am able to, And it's beneficial for me. Right? And the greater good of humanity. Yeah. So those are the beliefs that you need to check because if for whatever reason, Part of you doesn't feel safe, A part of you doesn't feel worthy, You're not going to do it. All of you need to, Right? This is where shadow work and healing comes into all of you needs to be on board. And it's creating these powerful beliefs that are like, I'm safe. I'm worthy too. I'm deserving. I'm capable. I'm able to, It's for my greatest good, The greatest good of humanity. And if you believe all that, You're going to scale to seven figures. Once you get the unconscious mind and body on board, It's going to become a lot easier. A hundred percent. Let's go into this. The next one. Number four. That's your draft. Four. Soul alignment and soul purpose. What does this mean, Athena? So you guys already know. You came here. You chose to be on earth because you have a soul purpose, Something that you are here to do. You're not here for a leisurely earth side vacation. You are here to support humanity through your soul purpose and through your soul gifts. So your soul purpose is that fucking restless feeling in you of like, I'm here to do something. I'm here to share something. And when you're fully tapped into it, You have this soul fire. And guess what? You have soulmate clients who have contracts. Do you think Alex and I had contracts? Our souls were like, You two are going to work together and do this thing. Guess what? If I ever went into my soul purpose, She'd be like, Where's Athena? Why hasn't she shown up? I'm waiting. Or vice versa. I would have been like, Where's my Alex? We have a soul contract, Right? We only showed up in each other's field because we were in our full soul purpose. Same with meeting my husband. I was in my soul purpose, Right? When you are in your soul purpose, It activates everything in your life. And the thing is, I believe you can build a successful business without being in soul purpose. But what will happen is you'll be drained. You'll be in hustle. You'll be exhausted. You'll be burnt out. You'll hate it. And I've seen this so many times because you're not doing what gives you energy, What lights you up, Which is your soul purpose. So if you're struggling constantly, You need to have actually a look within my soul purpose. If you don't know, If you don't feel it in your body with a certainty, You're not in your soul purpose. And look, It's pretty undeniable. I can sit here and tell you I'm in my soul purpose because my life reflects that. I'm an embodiment of my soul purpose. So of course I've created abundance. Of course I have time freedom. Of course I've created a successful business. Of course I have soulmate clients and friendships and everything. Because that's what happens when you're in your soul purpose. So if you're not experiencing that yet, Probably not in your soul purpose or you're not embodying it and saying yes to the full soul purpose expression that wants to come through. And a beautiful test for that would be like, I know for me, There's been many times in my, In my mission, Even though I have been for the most part on purpose and in alignment, There's been times where I've tried to manufacture offerings and not just offerings, But manufacture a webinar, Manufacture. So it's called manufactured marketing, Right? So manufactured marketing, You can feel the frequency. You're in your head. It's confusing. You're questioning yourself. It doesn't really quite excite you, But it makes logical sense. I should do this. It works last time. It's very logical. You're in your head. Whereas soul and eye marketing, It's like, There's an excitement. You do it anyway. Like, Of course we're doing it for like, To serve humanity and for money and clients, But also it lights you up as you're delivering it. So I feel like the difference between them is huge. A hundred percent. And with the excitement, There's also a fear. When Alex came into my world and she was running her nice programs and I was like, Um, Alex, You are part of your purpose here that has created you all the success so far. You need to collapse that because part of your purpose here is to create this beautiful community of mission souls and activate. And I channeled this beautiful mastermind for her. And Alex had the courage to go full yes into sole purpose. And what happened? Well, The universe spirit, The divine rewarded her with more abundance, With more alignment. Even though there was blocks, Even though I was like, I don't know if I want to, Am I ready to do this $25, 000 on a retreat when I don't even have one paying client? I'm going to do it. Okay. And I still had my stuff, But it doesn't mean that it's not in alignment. And she was able to say yes, Despite the fear. And because she could also feel it, It's fully soul aligned, Which look, I'm going to drop this in here because I think it's super important. So you'll hear me talking a little bit later and you'll hear Alex talking about, About her beautiful mastermind, Which I so passionately advocate for and changed my life, Transformed my life in so many ways, More than just business and so many incredible ways. And I'm so passionate about it. I've channeled it. Like I've seen the energy of it. I've seen what it's here to do. Alex is a custodian for it. And so when we expand our worthiness, And we're normalizing in our mind, Body, Soul, Nervous system, Then it's going to be less resistance, And you're going to be energetic match to it. It would be like right now, Test yourself. If you like think of 100k cash a month, Or seven figures, And in your body like, Oh, What a big deal, Or anything that means there's some part of you that doesn't feel worthy, Or it's not normalized, Right? No different to the love of your life, Oh my god, What a big deal, My life's gonna be so amazing. Or, Normalize, Because of course I'm worthy of extraordinary love. Of course I'm worthy of a seven figure business. Of course I'm worthy of a reel that pops off to a million views and gains me 20, 000 followers overnight. We need to start normalizing this and not pushing them away from us by making them a big fucking deal. So good. The end. No comment. Period. That was amazing. Six. Aline. Gene. I'm gonna do that again. Okay, Great. Because we'll go to me next. Great. Six. Six. Working with your spiritual team. Honestly, For me, My business changed when I began to realize the channeling that I was doing for my personal life, I could do for my business. I began to channel my offerings, My soulmate clients, My content, My mark, Literally every part of my life, But also my business is channeled and co-created. All of my programs, Everything it is through the spiritual realms, Because what we are here to do is not just about this realm and this physicality and your business is a vehicle for your soul expression. And you have this beautiful spiritual team who loves you so deeply, Who is so passionate about you embodying and doing the work that you came here. They want you to be abundant, Regardless of what anybody else wants to do. The divine wants you to be abundant because they don't want you to struggle. They want you to be abundant, To create massive impact. So of course they want to support the expression of that, Which is your business, Right? It really does come into that. So if you're not working with your spiritual team, Calling them every day and be like, I'm ready. Put me on my soul path. Show me which way to go. Show me how to embody. And actually channeling, Communicating with them, Talking to them and receiving guidance. You're operating in the 3D realms, Right? It's like, It's the full dimension of, You're guessing, You're like, Ah, I think, Ah, Ah, And that feels taxing. It's energetically draining to be constantly questioning yourself. I see so many multi six figure, Incredible gifted souls that are still in the questioning. They've reached that two, Three, Four, $500, 000 mark for the year. And they're still questioning their launch, Their ideas. That's right. And it comes with clarity and certainty when you are connected to your spiritual team who guides you. You know, Even when I'm channeling your soul purpose, It's coming through your guides. That's who I'm working with. When we receive these ideas, Inspiration, When we want to know what's blocking with us, We're working with the spiritual realms. We're not here just to operate in this physical reality. We have this multidimensional reality. And guess what? You have business guides. Guides specifically working with you to support you in your business. So number seven, Crazy codes. I'm joking. Well, Well, A little bit, Because the crazy ones are the ones that did that did change the world. And we need more crazy, Beautiful healers, Lightworkers that are here for the path of creating accelerated ascension so we can actually create the 5D earth. However, Number seven is actually creating your lean, Mean, Money making marketing machine, Meaning is there a systemized process? Do you have reels or swipe files or content that are actually driving traffic to your masterclass or your free experience or your offering that gives them an incredible, Sensational experience for them to then be like, Oh my God, It's a no brainer because if that's what it's like, They're free thing. What's it going to be like working with them, Right? So making your offerings, Your free stuff, Even world-class so people can feel the codes, Feel the energy and then looking at, Are you having to like constantly show up every single day? And if you don't like, Then you getting no leads or, Or is there a way that we can help you tweak both you and I in the mastermind or individually, But to create a system where it's normal for you to have 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 leads coming in and they go into systems and things. And I think there's going to be put the pressure off you having to constantly feel like, Oh shit, I haven't shown up on stories today. Oh shit. I haven't created a reel today. Cause that, That stuff can be taxing too. A hundred percent. And setting up a really powerful marketing machine really means any day can be a 10K day. Because if you're still in like, I have to show up every single day to make sales. But when you have a really powerful marketing machine, You get to like live your life by, You're not just, I've got to show up, Then I make a sale, Right? It's not tied to that. You have this machine that is set up on the backend, On the front end, It's consistent, It's predictable. And you know, Your business grows even when you're like, Fuck, I'm getting massive upgrades and I need to take the wing off a month off. And it's also important to make sure that the marketing machine is uniquely, Um, Tailored to what you, To your energy, Meaning I never share with the client, You've got to do it this way because it worked for me. So the reason I share this with you is because I have about five different marketing machines at the moment creating infinite leads. And this is about then you selecting what actually work, What you want to try out and what's going to work for you. Is it that you love being on video? Is it that you love writing and it's email? We've got to find the medium that shines and showcases your codes, Um, In a way that feels really expansive for you. And guess what? That also ties into your soul gifts because you have specific gifts here for how you're meant to bring your soul purpose, Soul codes through. Yeah. Like Athena loves writing and where I'm like, I just want to speak into a camera, Which is why I'm creating a movie and like the, I've been trying to write my book for the last year and I'm like, Meh.
