To clear stagnation that causes blockages through your energy body and to ignite.
Find a comfortable seat.
Begin to take deep breaths through your nostrils and release the breath through an open mouth.
As you take these breaths,
Scan your body for spaces that may feel locked,
Stagnant,
Closed off from receiving.
Breathe into these spaces with attention.
No urgency,
No expectation.
Simply focus on sending breath to move through these spaces.
Now begin to allow both your inhale and your exhale to move in and out of your nostrils.
Bring your attention to the surface your body is touching.
Feel the space that surrounds your body.
Feel the support offered from this space.
Recognize that in the exact size and shape as you are in this moment,
You are being held perfectly.
Space carved out specifically and exactly for you.
Now begin to move beyond your physical boundaries.
Explore this expansion.
And now begin to move back in with breath.
Watch the expansion and contraction in your physical body and the space beyond.
Begin to move your attention to your root.
Feel your senses flood with crimson.
A red light blossoms below the end of your spine through your seat.
Allow yourself the thoughts,
I am safe.
I am centered.
I am grounded.

Begin to move your attention to the space beneath your navel.
Feel your senses flood with tangerine.
An orange light filters through your vision and fills your pelvic bowl and lower abdomen.
Allow yourself the thoughts,
I honor my body.
I embrace pleasure and abundance.
My sexuality is sacred.
Actualist creativity flows through me.
Begin to move your attention to your solar plexus.
Feel your senses flood with yellow.
A buttery light filters through your vision and fills the space of your lower rib cage and upper abdomen.
Allow yourself the thoughts,
I stand in my power.
I manifest easily and gracefully.
My boundaries are respected and upheld.
I embody inner peace and confidence.
Begin to move your attention to the center of your chest.
Feel your senses flood with emerald.
A green light fills your heart space in all directions.
Allow yourself the thoughts,
I am worthy of love.
I release the past.
I radiate love both within and without.
I choose to be united with all beings in the realm of love and light.

Feel your senses flood with topaz.
A blue light surrounds and moves through the vertebra of your neck spine.

I listen to the needs of others.
Begin to move your attention to the center of your brow.
Feel your senses flood with plum blue.
An indigo light fills your pineal gland and ripples throughout your skull.
Allow yourself the thoughts,
I trust my intuition.
I co-create my existence.

Begin to move your attention to the crown of your head.
Feel your senses fill with amethyst.
A lavender light covers your scalp and surrounds the top of your head.

Feel the crown of your head open as a golden shimmer surrounds you in all directions,
