Be the empress for when you need restoration from caring for others,
For when you need to tap into your creative for all purposes of nurture.

Allow your breath to find its own natural rhythm.

Claim your space here on this earth.
Move one hand to your heart.
Seal the connection here.
And now release both palms to your lap and be still.
Find yourself on the edge of an emerald forest.
Hear the sound of a river that rushes and pours nearby.
Feel the wind move around you,
Cupping your face in its hands,
Rushing over your body to rustle the leaves of nearby trees that encircle the space around you,
Ancient in their wisdom,
Endless in their protection and providence.
Your attention is pulled to your belly.
Its presence fills your entire being,
This entire space,
And beyond with creative energy.
Your very presence nourishes and nurtures this source of all beginnings.
It is Divine Mother,
Goddess,
Matrilineal line that passes through you and comes from you.
All the ways in which to love,
In which to give form to,
In which to foster,
In which to birth,
The ultimate origin story of us all,
And you hold it within.
It is time for you to tap back into your passion,
Your energy,
Your life source.
Do not hold back.
Allow this endless flow to reenter you.
