Observe your thoughts,
Feelings and emotions.

Your mind is doing exactly what it's supposed to do.
It's taking care of what is most important.
And for this moment let's make our heart the most important thing.
So continue to breathe through your heart.
Allow yourself to relax and you may put your hands on top of your heart.
Continue breathing and being present to yourself.
You may allow yourself to slow your breathing down.
Use exhalations to release and relax.
And as you breathe,
Observe your mind and acknowledge your obsession.
The one that seems to get in your way.

What else needs a care?
See these areas of life like children that need great care from parents,

You have to take care of all of them.
Taking care of one child doesn't mean that you love them less,

Yet you want to grow all of them.
So what else needs protection and care?
Visit your health,

Or impact in the world.
