Welcome to Magnetic Heart Meditation for Untangling Mixed Feelings and Dealing with Overwhelm.
This meditation will help you to ground yourself into your true essence,
That of love,
And help you to untangle,
Separate and release any unharmonious feelings and give you a certainty of dealing with any emotion from now on.
So let's get started.
Find yourself in a comfortable position where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this meditation.
Relax your physical body,
Feel free to forward bend and twist and turn to release any potential tension in your lower back.
Roll your shoulders,
Turn your neck gently and calmly to release any potential tension in your neck and shoulders.
Loosen your jaw,
Relax your face and relax your eyes,
Soften your gaze.
Make sure you feel calm,
Safe and relaxed.
And whenever ready,
Close your eyes and put your hands on your heart,
Go within,
Into your heart,
Put your attention on your heart and your breath,
Keep breathing through your heart,
Into your belly and out of your belly,
Through your heart.
Engage your magnetic heart breath which brings you more into present moment,
More appreciative of what is right now,
Of the love available to you right now,
In pure place in your heart.
Take a moment to notice how each breath through your heart activates your heart,
Makes you feel more connected with yourself,
With present moment,
With your heart.
Keep breathing and feel free to play around with your breath and notice how each inhalation help you to energize,
Become more aware and more focused on whatever you put your attention to.
And you may notice that each exhalation help you to relax,
Release and let go any negative thought or feeling,
Anything that's not in harmony with your true essence of love.
Notice how each exhalation may help you to zoom out,
To see broader,
Bigger picture perspective.
Feel free to use your breath to shift your perspective.
As you go through untangling your feelings and even if you feel great and feel very clear in your feelings,
You can always purify the feelings you have and that's what untangling is,
It's purifying the feelings of the present moment and always looking for that golden thread of love and harmony.
So see emotions as threads that may have tangled up,
Maybe tightly,
Maybe wildly and chaotically,
You will feel whatever the tangle is,
It's a perfect tangle for now,
Accept it,
Appreciate it and dive into it from pure place in your heart,
Knowing,
Remembering and feeling that you are soul observing this human experience,
You're not the mind,
You're observing the mind,
You're not the body,
You're observer of the body and you're not your feelings,
You are the observer of the feelings and knowing this essence,
This truth,
It's easier and less pressure to face your feelings,
Whatever they may be.
And the second truth is that all flows from pure place in your heart,
All feelings,
All emotions flow from pure place in your heart,
Therefore they always have pure love in them,
Pure love,
Happiness,
Peace,
Bliss,
Fulfillment,
Therefore there's always a thread of love in any feeling,
Any sensation you feel,
Just about finding it,
Just about centering yourself around this thread,
This essence of love,
Knowing it's there and allowing yourself to find it's there,
Allowing yourself to feel the love that's inherently in your body,
Allowing yourself to feel the gratitude that's already there in your body,
Allowing yourself to feel whatever you feel and then know that your mind creates feelings as well,
Consciously and subconsciously and there's no shame of creating unharmonious feelings,
Thoughts and stories,
That's okay,
You get to shift any story you might had for a year or 10 years or for 3 seconds,
Doesn't matter,
You get to choose your new story from now on right now and by choosing better stories,
Better beliefs,
You also untangle your mixed feelings and you might play around how you get to create feelings right now by creating stories,
By choosing perspectives so take a situation,
Take a feeling and notice how do you feel about this situation,
Notice what you feel allow yourself to feel and then shift the perspective,
Ask what's the most grateful perspective,
What have I learned from this experience,
What do I like most about this experience,
What did I learn about myself and my desires,
Allow yourself to feel and as you feel,
Notice that there might have been a shift in how you feel and relate to this experience and now ask yourself,
What didn't I like,
What's bothering me about this experience is there anything that I would like to change here,
Notice how your emotional state might shift to maybe a bit lower frequency and know that you don't have to stay here,
You can ask similar questions for more empowered state like if I could,
How would I imagine this scenario ideally,
What would I love to change here,
Notice you still want to change but this time coming from a more harmonious place,
From a place of possibility and trust that you can change and you want change,
Allow yourself to feel and notice that truly what and how you feel all depends on your state and perspective and you get to choose the state you're in,
The state you want to be in and sometimes the feelings are created by subconscious states and you get to bring awareness to the stories and beliefs creating these states and then you get to choose to shift your perspective to that of love,
Happiness,
Peace,
Bliss,
Fulfillment,
So allow yourself to appreciate the most harmonious state you can appreciate right now,
Through your breath,
Through your heart,
Feel your heart and as you feel,
Keep reminding to yourself that you are the observer of experience and your true essence is that of love and as you noticed,
Shifting perspectives shifts your state,
Shifting your perspectives shifts your relationship to experience and by separating and becoming aware of different states that you may embody and may identify with,
You separate different possibilities for you to move on from the current state,
From the current moment,
So choose the state that feels most in harmony,
Most in love,
Allow yourself to relax and ease into most love you can allow yourself right now and allow yourself to feel whatever you feel,
Knowing that all brings love,
More love into your experience,
You just have to separate the views and perspectives and choose the ones that are the most harmonious,
Knowing that the most harmonious perspectives are most resourceful and most truthful,
Because truth is love,
Happiness,
Peace,
Bliss,
Fulfillment you get to choose truth or you get to choose illusion,
There's no shame in choosing illusion,
Either in past or present or future,
And you get to choose and appreciate the choice you made you get to separate yourself from your experience,
You get to separate different perspectives,
So you get to choose the one that you like the most,
The one that you love and you get to choose to experience more of what you love right now,
In the present moment,
You get to appreciate the present moment and your breath through your heart being thankfully present to your heart,
To your feelings,
To your experience,
From pure place in your heart keep breathing through your heart you know that sometimes it's hard to shift your state,
Sometimes it may be hard to find what you're identified with,
Because thoughts and feelings are like clouds all around you,
And you might have been lost inside the cloud and these times it is beneficial to shift the state,
Shift the cloud,
And take a different perspective,
Start appreciating and grounding yourself into the present moment,
Into your breath sometimes doing physical movements and taking physical care of your energy levels might be helpful,
Know that the more resourceful is your state,
The more in harmony is your state,
The more energy you have and the more harmony you attract in your life know that this is available to you right now,
From pure place in your heart,
So keep feeling,
Keep breathing through your heart,
Feeling thankfully present as long as you like and whenever ready,
Feel free to open your eyes,
See more love,
And have it magical
