So let's go within, Where you already have it. Find a comfortable position where you feel safe and undisturbed, Relax your body, Close your eyes and put your hands on top of your heart. Connect deeply with your heart, Feel your physical heart and feel your emotional heart. Allow yourself to feel and put your mind on a task to observe your breath, The breath through your heart, Every inhale and exhale flowing through your heart, Focus on allowing yourself to feel.
