Heart Radiance Meditation

I was inspired to share a short (8 minute) guided meditaiton where we create a circle of light within our global community and send that love to the world, and to any and all beings that are in need of love- Including ourselves. Sweet, Short and very powerful!

Namaste and welcome. I hope you're well. I'm doing wonderful today. It's beautiful, Warm, And sunny and that is my season. I love the sun. I love the warmth and it just really grounds me into my body. I'm outside in my garden. I'm in bare feet. I mean, It's just in nature, Right? And that brings us right into the truth of all that we are. I've got some beautiful flowers from my garden, Beautiful peonies. You can just see them and feel like the radiance and that's sort of what I wanted to bring to you today was the radiance of our heart, Right? And allowing ourselves to really bring in some heart centering and bring some love to the world because it's a little insane still right now. Whether in your personal world or whether in the global collective, The earth itself, The collective consciousness, We all are needing a little love and tenderness and so I thought that today I would like to share a very short guided meditation just bringing love through us and into the world and also connecting us with other beautiful beings. And so I'm gonna try and keep it really short. We'll see how it goes. I'm gonna invite you to close your eyes and just to take a few breaths. Inviting yourself to ground into your body and to also receive from the heavens. Take a moment and imagine that you were in a sacred space, Maybe a place in nature that was dear to you or that has just come to you in your dreams or your visions. And then I'd like you to notice that there are others in this space, Other beings, Human beings who are here on a similar path, A similar incarnation to support both the awakening of our spirits or human selves into the divine and also to really bring and radiate love and the evolution of this new wave of growth and change onto the earth. And so you might recognize some of these people or you might not but they're familiar to you and they feel grounded and connected and in alignment with their purpose. And I'd like you to see you sitting in a circle with these beautiful beings. Turning your left palm up so the person next to you can place their right palm over yours. And then turning your right palm down so you can place it over the left palm of the person next to you. And just notice that. So let's take a breath up from our feet or from the ground and exhale. Let's send that through our right hand. Receiving through the left. Inhaling from heaven. Exhaling that out through the right hand. Creating the circle of light. Breathing in from heaven, From earth, Into the heart. And from your heart sending pure love, Pure consciousness through your right hand. Receiving through the left. And feeling this flow. Feeling the power. So powerful of this connection. All of us doing this meditation together. And those of us that are doing the meditation in their 5d world or in the realm of of energy that might not even be aware but their souls are with us. And in this sacred space I'd like you to imagine the world. The earth. With all the countries and all the people that right in the center of our beautiful circle. And you may even have special people that stand out to you. There's a couple special people in my life that I can sort of feel or see and just want to send them some loving energy. Maybe they're someone that's in need of support. Someone having a hard time or someone you just miss and just want to give a hug in person. And feel this collected group. All of us together. We're gonna take five breaths. Breathing in either from earth or from sky or from within. And as we inhale we'll breathe into our beautiful bodies. And as we exhale we'll breathe out through our hearts. Showering this earth with love. With a radiance. Breathing in. Exhaling. Shining out. And doing this three more times. Allowing this beautiful light of your pure heart. Your connected heart. Empowered by the thousands of beings in our circle right here right now that are sending love to this earth and to their special friends and beings out there too. One more final breath. And seeing that earth dazzling in pure white diamond light. Golden light. Rose quartz. Held. Shimmering. Taking a moment in those people that you're connecting to. That you're sending the love to. Especially to see them. See their eyes. Feel them receiving this love. And maybe just place yourself there for one moment. And let's take a breath. Seeing each of us in the circle. Inhaling in. Looking into our hearts and our eyes. And sending just pure tenderness. Pure acceptance. Pure radiance. I know that this will resonate out into the entire world. And take a moment and maybe turn to your left with your eyes closed. And just feel and see the essence. Or maybe look into the eyes of the being next to you. Giving them thanks. And then to the right. And coming back with our head to center. Squeezing. One more big beautiful breath in. Shining love and light out. Both hands. Bringing our hands to heart center.
