This is Day 2 of 7 Days of Stillness. Today the breath becomes the doorway. We follow the inhale into the body, ride the exhale back out, and rest in the small, sacred pause in between. The breath is the most accessible meditation tool you have. It is always with you, and every time you return to it, it returns you to yourself. The series builds in sequence, but each practice also stands alone. If this is your first track, consider beginning with Day 1, or stay here and let the breath meet you exactly where you are.
